# Archive Storage 시나리오

Classic/VPC 환경에서 이용 가능합니다.

Archive Storage는 네이버 클라우드 플랫폼 콘솔에서 이용을 신청할 수 있습니다. 이후에는 컨테이너(버킷) 생성 및 파일 업로드를 콘솔에서 진행하거나 API를 통해 실행할 수 있습니다.

네이버 클라우드 플랫폼 콘솔에서 Archive Storage를 사용하는 전체 순서는 다음과 같습니다.

## 1. 컨테이너 생성 및 관리

네이버 클라우드 플랫폼의 콘솔의 **Menu** > **All Services > Storage > Archive Storage** 메뉴에서 서비스 이용 신청한 후, 파일을 업로드할 새로운 컨테이너(버킷)를 생성할 수 있습니다. Archive Storage 이용 신청 방법은 [Archive Storage 시작](/docs/archivestorage-start)을, 컨테이너를 생성하고 관리하는 방법은 [컨테이너 및 파일 관리](/docs/archivestorage-container)를 참조해 주십시오.

## 2. 파일 업로드 및 다운로드

생성한 컨테이너에 파일을 업로드하고 다운로드할 수 있습니다. 네이버 클라우드 플랫폼의 콘솔에서 1GB 이하의 파일을 업로드하고 다운로드 하는 방법은 [컨테이너 및 파일 관리](/docs/archivestorage-container)를 참조해 주십시오. 대용량 파일을 업로드하고 다운로드하는 방법은 [대용량 파일 관리](/docs/archivestorage-dlo-slo)를 참조해 주십시오.

## 3. 오브젝트 생명 주기 설정

원하는 시간에 자동으로 오브젝트가 삭제되도록 설정할 수 있습니다. 이를 오브젝트 생명 주기를 설정한다고 말합니다. 오브젝트 생명 주기를 설정하고 해제하는 방법은 [오브젝트 생명 주기 관리](/docs/archivestorage-expiringobjects)를 참조해 주십시오.
