# AiTEMS glossary

Available in Classic and VPC

There is a glossary you need to know to use AiTEMS. The glossary and the description thereof are as follows.

### AiTEMS

NAVER Cloud Platform's service that provides customized and personalized recommendation services by assessing users' history and analyzing their interests and tastes

### Machine Learning (ML)

Improving the information processing capabilities of computer programs through the learning process, using data and processing experience, or the field of study related to this subject(Source: [Telecommunications Technology Association](http://terms.tta.or.kr/main.do))

### Metadata

Structuralized data that provide explanations on other data. Data is provided to content according to a certain set of rules, for efficient search and use of desired information from a large volume of data.

### Schema

Writing on the properties that display an object's characteristics, objects made up of a bundle of properties, definition of relationships that exist between objects, and restrictions that they must maintain

### Dataset·archive, dataset

A set of data arranged according to some rule(Source: [Telecommunications Technology Association](http://terms.tta.or.kr/main.do))
