    Accounts describes how to register and manage admin and manager accounts for the ALIKE project.

    Note

    Accounts menu is only available to the main account (admin). If you access as a sub account (manager), you can view the Accounts menu but can’t register, edit, or delete accounts.

    Accounts page

    From NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Digital Twin > ALIKE > Accounts menus in that order to view the Accounts page.
    The accounts page is laid out as follows.

    • [Register account] button: click to register an admin or manager account.
    • [Refresh] button: click to refresh the page.

    ④ Account listList of the registered accounts. You can view the information on the assigned project if your account has it.

    Check account list

    The following describes how to view the details of the created account.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

    2. Click the Services > Digital Twin > ALIKE menus, in that order.

    3. Click the Accounts menu.

    4. Check the summary in the account list or click an account to check the detailed information.

      • Category: type of the registered account (admin or manager)
      • Sub account: sub account ID of the manager
      • Email: email address of the account
      • ID (access account): account ID used to access the ALIKE tool
      • Nickname: nickname displayed when logging into the ALIKE tool
      • Creation date and time: time and date when the account was registered
      • Information about the project assigned to the account
        • Project ID: ID automatically assigned for the project
        • Project name: project name entered when the project is created
        • Project description: brief description of the project
    Note

    Information on the project assigned to your account will not appear until you create a project from the Project menu and assign a manager.

    Register admin account

    To use ALIKE, you must register an admin account first.
    Because only admins can register accounts, the user who will be the actual admin must register their main account as an admin account.

    Note
    • You can only register 1 admin account.
    • After an admin account is registered, you can register a manager account.

    The following describes how to register an admin account.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Services > Digital Twin > ALIKE menus, in that order.
    3. Click the Accounts menu.
    4. Click the [Register account] button.
    5. Enter the information in the register account pop-up window.

      • Category: type of the account you want to register; check the automatically selected admin
      • Email: email address of the user's main account is entered as a default value; edit to a valid email address if necessary
      • ID (access account): enter the ID to access the ALIKE tool and click [Check availability] button
        • You can enter between 3 to 30 characters using lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens (-) and underscores (_).
        • You can’t enter usernames that begin with a special character.
        • Once the account is registered, you can't change its ID.
      • Nickname: enter a nickname that will appear when you log in to the ALIKE tool
        • You can enter between 3 to 30 characters using lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens (-) and underscores (_).
    6. Click the [Complete] button.
      • The account is registered and added to the account list.

    Register manager account

    You can register manager accounts to manage projects in the NAVER Cloud Platform console and ALIKE tool.

    Note
    • You must register an admin account to register a manager account.
    • Only sub accounts created through Sub Account can be registered as managers.

    The following describes how to register a manager account.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Services > Digital Twin > ALIKE menus, in that order.
    3. Click the Accounts menu.
    4. Click the [Register account] button.
    5. Enter the information in the register account pop-up window.

      • Category: type of the account you want to register; check the automatically selected manager
      • Sub account: select which of your existing sub accounts you want to register as a manager
        • If you need a new sub account, click the [Create sub account] button to create one (see Creating sub accounts)
      • Email: enter a valid address
      • ID (access account): enter the ID to access the ALIKE tool and click the [Check availability] button
        • You can enter between 3 to 30 characters using lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens (-) and underscores (_).
        • You can’t enter usernames that begin with a special character.
        • Once the account is registered, you can't change its ID.
      • Nickname: enter a nickname that will appear when you log in to the ALIKE tool
        • You can enter between 3 to 30 characters using lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens (-) and underscores (_).
    6. Click the [Complete] button.
      • The account is registered and added to the account list.

    Edit account information

    You can edit the email address and nickname of the registered account. You can also register another sub account as a manager, if the sub account you registered as a manager is deleted from the Sub Account. The following describes how to edit the account information.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Services > Digital Twin > ALIKE menus, in that order.
    3. Click the Accounts menu.
    4. Select the account you want to edit from the account list and click the [Edit] button.
    5. Edit information in the edit account information pop-up window.
      • Sub account: appears only for manager accounts; if the sub account already specified has been deleted from the Sub Account, select another account in the activated input field.
      • Email: enter a valid address
      • Nickname: edit the nickname to display in the ALIKE tool
        • You can enter between 3 to 30 characters using lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens (-) and underscores (_).
    6. Click the [Complete] button.
      • The account information is edited.

    Delete account

    The following describes how to delete a registered account.

    Note
    • If the account has one or more assigned projects, you can't delete the account. Before deleting the account, delete any assigned projects or change the manager of the project.
    • For admin accounts, if 1 or more manager accounts exist, they cannot be deleted. Before deleting the admin account, delete all projects and manager accounts.
    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Services > Digital Twin > ALIKE menus, in that order.
    3. Click the Accounts menu.
    4. Select the account you want to delete from the account list and click the [Delete] button.
    5. From the delete account pop-up window, click the [Delete] button.
      • The account is deleted and disappears from the account list.
