          Cloud environment specifications

          The following cloud environments are supported by NAVER Cloud Platform for using Archive Storage:

          Service limits

          Service limits for Archive Storage are as follows:

          Object upload/download limit
        • Console: maximum size of a single uploaded/downloaded file is 2 GB or less
        • Using API: unlimited uploads/downloads (single objects can be up to 5 GB, anything over 5 GB can be uploaded as a DLO/SLO)
          • Note
          • Objects with an object name longer than 215 characters cannot be uploaded.
          • Objects that exceed the upload/download limit can be uploaded or downloaded with the API. See SDK document.
          Caution

          If data is deleted due to user negligence, it cannot be restored Therefore, to prevent data loss and protect your important information, we recommend that you perform regular backups of important data

          Usage fee

          Archive Storage is paid service, and is billed by adding up the data storage amount, the number of API requests, and the network transfer fee.

          • Data storage fee: fees are billed on the basis of the amount of data stored in Archive Storage and their storage time
          • Number of API request fee: fees are billed on the based on the number of API requests (file list view, upload, and download) to use Archive Storage
          • Network transfer fee: fees are billed based on the network transmission incurred when downloading files
          Caution

          DELETE requests are also subject to charge API fees in Archive Storage. For more information, see the pricing information page on the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
