    Q. After creating a server in the Application Server Launcher, I cannot connect to the web service.

    • To use the web service of software installed on the Application Server Launcher, you should request a public IP address and assign it to the server. The service port should be added to the ACG.
    • If you still can't connect to it after checking the public IP address and ACG settings, then the software's web server process might be stopped. Execute the restart command in the terminal to restart the process.

    Q. Are there any precautions to take for the web service of the Application Server Launcher software?

    • For a server with a 13,000 KRW monthly plan, only one server can be created. If you have already created a server with the specifications in Server or the Application Server Launcher, you can create one again in the Application Server Launcher after deleting the server.
    • The server created from Application Server Launcher will not be displayed in the list of servers, and the server created from Server will not be displayed in the Application Server Launcher.
