    The B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app provides the settings menu for overall app configuration and providing information. The settings menus consists of various option setting items and information providing items. On the right side of each item, you can find b2bpls-app-settings_page_move a sub-page navigation button or an activation button to enable or disable. Additionally, each item is categorized into representative areas based on the characteristics of the functionality it provides.
    To move to the settings menu to configure necessary options, follow these steps:

    1. Launch the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app.
    2. Click the icon b2bpls_profile displayed in the top right corner to go to My page.
    3. Click the button b2bpls-app-settings_gearwheel_button at the top of My page.

    My account area

    The My account area displays information about the account with which you signed up and logged in for using the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app. The account information consists of the profile icon, platform badge, and nickname.

    • The profile icon, platform badge, and nickname are based on the information provided at the time of signup. The app does not provide a feature to edit this information, so changes cannot be made after signing up.
    • Generally, the social media account's information used for signing up and logging in to the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app is sourced for account information.
    • During the use of the service, your account information in the live platform of the company you have signed up is utilized.
      ​* If you click the My account area, you can go to the Account Settings menu.

    Account Settings

    The Account Settings menu provides the [Log out] item. Clicking the item allows you to log out of the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app. Upon logging out, all personalized content set within the app is deleted.

    Live settings area

    The Live settings area is designated for settings related to Live streaming, currently configured with a single item, [Stream destinations].

    Stream destinations

    Clicking the [Stream destinations] item moves you to the Live service account menu. In the integration service area of the Stream destinations menu, a feature to integrate live service accounts for Live streaming is provided. Integration of accounts with the live platform of the company you signed up for is also possible.
    If you integrate accounts to the target Live streaming platform using the Stream destinations, the app offers a broader range of features and information. This is because the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app can utilize the features provided by the live service using the login information of the Stream destinations.

    Video settings

    The Video settings area is designated for items related to video shooting and video editing, currently configured with a single item, [Resolution when saving edited videos].

    Resolution when saving edited videos

    Clicking the [Resolution when saving edited videos] item moves you to the Resolution when saving edited videos menu. In this menu, you can set the resolution for saving the finished video files after shooting and editing. Options include 1080p, 720p, 480p, and 360p resolutions. However, this item is unrelated to the Live streaming functionality, so if you only intend to use the Live streaming functionality, setting the resolution is not necessary.

    Video stabilization mode

    You can configure and utilize the video stabilization feature provided by iOS through the [Video stabilization mode] item.

    Note

    The Video stabilization mode is only available in the iOS app.

    Clicking the [Video stabilization mode] item moves you the Video stabilization mode menu. In this menu, the [Off], [Standard], [Cinematic], [Extended cinematic], and [Auto] items are provided for this feature.

    Off

    If you don't want to use video stabilization mode, set to Off. When using video stabilization mode, the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app uses additional resources on the device to handle the feature. This may adversely affect the quality of the Live streaming video. If the device's performance is not sufficient for Live streaming, do not use the video stabilization mode.

    Standard

    The Standard mode provides smooth video in situations with lots of movement by activating the video stabilization mode. This mode brings a slight delay in video processing.

    Cinematic

    The Cinematic mode offers more stabilized video compared to the Standard mode. However, it comes with a longer delay than the Standard mode and requires more system memory.

    Extended cinematic

    The Extended cinematic mode provides an even more stabilized video than the Cinematic mode. However, it comes with a longer delay than the Cinematic mode and requires more system memory.

    Auto

    The Auto mode allows the system to automatically selects the most appropriate video stabilization mode based on the device and video format. More delay may occur depending on the situation.

    PRISM PC connection settings (CONNECT menu)

    You can connect the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app with the B2B PRISM Live Studio PC app or PRISM Lens app through the CONNECT menu. You can utilize the camera or screen images from the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app with camera sources of the B2B PRISM Live Studio PC app or the PRISM Lens app. PRISM PC connection settings is an area for configuring this feature.

    Type of the screen

    Clicking the [Type of the screen] item moves you the Type of the screen menu. In this menu, you can exclusively select [Select at every connection] and [Preset].

    Select at every connection

    When [Select at every connection] is selected, you're required to select the type of the screen to share each time the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app is connected with the B2B PRISM Live Studio PC app or PRISM Lens app through the CONNECT menu. The available screen types are [Camera share], [Screen share], and [VTuber share].

    Preset

    When [Preset] is selected, the pre-set screen to share is used each time the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app is connected with the B2B PRISM Live Studio PC app or PRISM Lens app through the CONNECT menu. Select [Camera share], [Screen share], or [VTuber share] as the type of the screen to share.

    Screen resolution when connected

    In the [Screen resolution when connected] item, you can select the resolution to be applied when the camera or screen images from the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app are shared with the B2B PRISM Live Studio PC. You can select 1080p, 720p, 480p, or 360p resolutions.

    Screen bitrate when connected

    In the [Screen bitrate when connected] item, you can select the bitrate to be applied when the camera or screen images from the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app are shared with the B2B PRISM Live Studio PC. You can select 1000 kbps, 2000 kbps, 3000 kbps, 4000 kbps, 5000 kbps, or 6000 kbps bitrates. For a resolution of 1080p, set the bitrate between 4000 and 6000 kbps, while for a resolution of 720p, set the bitrate between 2000 kbps and 4000 kbps. If an excessively high bitrate is set, the sharing of videos may not proceed smoothly.

    Remote control settings

    The remote control settings area provides settings for the B2B PRISM Live Studio remote control feature. You can use the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app as a remote control for the B2B PRISM Live Studio PC app or another B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app by connecting the apps using the CONNECT menu.     Prevent screen lock while using remote control

    Enabling the [Prevent screen lock while using remote control] item prevents the screen lock while the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app is being utilized as a remote control. If no commands such as touch are entered to the smartphone device running the mobile app for a certain period, the screen may automatically lock. This setting prevents the screen from locking while using the remote control feature.

    Haptic feedback

    Enabling the [Haptic feedback] item allows you to receive haptic feedback when touching buttons while the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app is being used as a remote control. The streamer's gaze is directed towards the Streaming screen during Live streaming, so it may be hard to recognize the precise touch of remote control buttons. Setting haptic feedback helps prevent incorrect operation of the remote control buttons.

    General

    The general area is designated for general feature settings and information providing items.

    Conceal watermark

    You can hide the watermark that automatically appears in the bottom right of the Live streaming video by enabling the [Conceal watermark] item. In custom RTMP Streaming, which integrates platforms by directly entering RTMP information without integrating platforms in the manner of connecting Stream destinations, the watermark is always displayed.

    Allow display above other apps

    Enabling the [Allow display above other apps] item allows you to use the screen live and background Streaming features. Screen live is a live mode utilizing the smartphone's screen as a Live streaming video. To use this live mode, you need to activate the [Allow display above other apps] item. The background Streaming feature enables continuous Live streaming even when the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app is switched to the background. To use this feature, you need to activate the [Allow display above other apps] item. This item is available only in the Android app.

    Help

    The [Help] item is a link to the help page on the B2B PRISM Live Studio website. You can find general questions and answers about using the app overall on this page. For information not available on this page, you can check or inquire through the [Blog] item or the [Contact us] item.

    Blog

    The [Blog] item is a link to the official B2B PRISM Live Studio blog. B2B PRISM Live Studio operates an official blog{target=_blank} to provide major announcements, app update news, and guides for individual features.

    PRISM Discord

    The [PRISM Discord] item is a link to the official B2B PRISM Live Studio Discord server. The server is a public community space where users of the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile and PC app can exchange information and form relationships.

    Contact us

    The [Contact us] item is for inquiring about questions or reporting issues for using the app. Clicking this item launches the email app installed on the user's device, preparing to send an email to the representative email account of the B2B PRISM Live Studio team. If multiple email apps are installed on the user's device, a menu for selecting one is provided.
    The prepared email body includes automatically set information such as the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app's version, device's OS version, device's model name, and the unique user name in the B2B PRISM Live Studio app. Providing more detailed information helps the B2B PRISM Live Studio team identify and address the issue more specifically. Therefore, maintaining the automatically set information and providing detailed descriptions for inquiries and issues are required.

    Privacy Policy

    The [Privacy Policy] item provides the Privacy Policy{target=_blank} that describes the process of collecting, using, and processing the personal information of app users by NAVER Cloud Corporation, the provider of the app. To use the app, agreeing to the Privacy Policy{target=_blank} is necessary, and the agreement process is included in the signup process.

    Terms of Use

    The [Terms of Use] item provides the Terms of Use{target=_blank} that regulates the rights and obligations between app users and NAVER Cloud Corporation, the provider of the app. To use the app, agreeing to the Terms of Use{target=_blank} is necessary, and the agreement process is included in the signup process.

    Open source license

    The [Open source license] item provides license information of various open sources used by the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app.

    App version

    The [App version] item displays information about the updated version of the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app. For example, it is displayed in the form of 4.1.2. The digit in the first place, 4 in 4.1.2, represents the major update version. The digit in the second place, 1, represents the minor update version. The digit in the third place, 2, represents the hotfix update version. The versioning system operates differently for Android and iOS apps.

    Manage account

    Click [Manage account] to go to the Manage account menu. The Account Settings menu has a single item, [Delete your account].

    Delete your account

    To delete your B2B PRISM Live Studio app account, click the [Delete your account] item. Upon deleting your account, all information set in the app is disappears and cannot be recovered. The deleted information includes Live broadcast title and description information, Live broadcast Streaming quality settings, My Studio resource registration information, the email address, profile icon, and nicknames collected for signing up the app and integrating Streaming platforms. Even if you rejoin, the deleted data is not recovered.

    Lab

    Lab is an area where you can try experimental features provided in the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app. In the Android app, this area consists of a single item, Live broadcast Streaming with chat. This area is not provided in the iOS app. Items in the lab area may be adjusted based on the app's operational situation.

    Streaming with a chat view

    During Live streaming in the app, the chat list from the live streaming platform is displayed in the bottom left corner of the Live streaming screen. This feature is named the default chat area. This area is visible only to streamers and is invisible to viewers.
    However,​ if you enable the [Streaming with a chat view] button, you can include the chat list from the target Streaming platform in the Live broadcast video. Use the PRISM chat widget feature provided in the My Studio menu for more convenient use of the feature.
