Manage live streaming settings refers to settings for the options that determine the quality of the Live streaming. The quality of the Live streaming can be affected by factors such as Live streaming settings, performance and condition of the device used, the bandwidth and stability of the network, and the subject being captured. While all these elements are important, you can set the Live streaming video quality in the app through the Manage live stream settings.
Set video output
Resolution
Resolution refers to how clear the video appears. If you set high image quality, your PC load may increase, so select the resolution based on the broadcast content and your PC specifications.
Frame rate
Frame rate refers to how many images configuring the video are shown in 1 second. Higher FPS (60 or higher) enables a broadcast with smooth and natural movement. However, if your PC specifications are low, the broadcast may not work properly, so select the frame rate based on your PC specifications.
You can set the resolution and FPS value in [Menu] > [Settings] > [Video].
Set audio
Audio mixer
The audio mixer consists of 3 colors: green, yellow, and red.
- Green: it is recommended to maintain music or game voice in this section.
- Yellow: it is recommended to maintain the microphone sound in this section.
- Red: it is not recommended to maintain the sound streamed on the broadcast in this section.
- Volume control: you can adjust volume by moving the control bar at the bottom of each audio source.
- Mute: click the sound icon to mute or unmute.
Set audio monitoring
Click [Audio mixer] > [Settings], and then you can view the audio you want to stream in your broadcast in [Advanced audio settings].
When the audio monitoring function is activated, echoes or howling may occur. Echoes or howling is a phenomenon that occurs when the sound from the speaker comes in the microphone, or when the input and output of the desktop audio are repeated.
- When this phenomenon occurs, follow these steps:
- Use a headset to prevent the sound from coming into the microphone.
- Change the monitoring device in [Settings] > [Audio] > [Advanced], and then try again.
Adjust audio delay and sync
When an audio delay occurs or the sound is not in sync, use the sync offset function in the advanced audio settings.
The unit used in the sync offset is 'ms.' (1000ms=1s)
Set audio
You can configure audio-related settings in [Settings] > [Audio].

- Mono: a sound playback method that outputs the sound using 1 channel.
- Stereo: a sound playback method using more than 2 independent sound channels through the symmetry configuration of the speaker.

Surround sound
To apply surround sound, view whether the input and playback for the surround sound are supported in the service. The PRISM audio filter supports surround sound, but does not support the VST plugin.
