You can create multiple schedules for a single job to give you more flexibility in the method and cycle of your backup. To create a schedule: 1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to **Menu** > **All Services** > **Storage** > **Backup**. 2. Click the **Schedule** menu. 3. When the Schedule creation page appears, set a schedule to run the backup, then click **[Next]**. Note - Once you have set the schedule as one-time backup, you cannot change it. - You cannot change the monthly/weekly/daily schedules to one-time backup either. - **Schedule name**: A unique name for managing schedule jobs. - The name should start with a letter and be between 3-30 characters, consisting of lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens (-). - **Task**: Apply a backup task to the schedule. - **Backup method**: Select the backup method to run. - **Full**: Back up all data in the backup target path. - **Incremental**: Only back up on data in the backup target path that has changed. - For incremental backups in PostgreSQL, the backup runs with the same capacity as a full backup. - **Backup cycle**: How often the backup job runs. - **Daily**: Set a **start time** to run the backup job every day. - **Weekly**: Set a **start day** and **start time** to run the backup job every week. - **Monthly**: Set a **schedule criteria** for the monthly backup job. Depending on the selected type, set the **start day** or **start date** then **start time**. - For the **Start day**, you can select the first or third week. - If you select the **Start date** as the **Last day of the month**, the backup job runs on that day. - If there's no selected **Start date** in the month, the backup job does not run. - Example: If you select **Start date** as the 30th, no backup job runs in February. - **One-time**: Set the **start time** to run the backup task once. - You can set the next start time based on the current time. - Example: If the current time is between 1:00 AM and 1:59 AM on January 1, you can set it from 2:00 AM on January 1. - **Schedule criteria**: Displayed when **Monthly** is selected. Select the criteria for determining when the backup job starts. - **Start day**: Displayed when **Weekly** is selected, or when **Monthly** is selected and **Day of the week** is selected as the schedule criteria. Select the day of the week on which to start the backup job. - **Start date**: Displayed when **Monthly** is selected and **Date** is selected as the schedule criteria. Select the date on which to start the backup job. - **Start time**: The time the backup starts. 4. Click **[Create]** after checking the setting details. Caution If you only perform incremental backups, you may not be able to recover all of your data. Make sure to schedule full backups as well. Note - To not miss any data due to expiration, select a data retention cycle appropriate for the backup cycle. - If you have different schedules for the same job, make sure they do not overlap. If a new backup job starts during an ongoing backup job, the ongoing job is canceled. - The schedule is created and displayed in the list. ## Edit schedule To edit a schedule: 1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to **Menu** > **All Services** > **Storage** > **Backup**. 2. Click the **Schedule** menu. 3. In the schedule list, select the schedule, then click **[Edit]**. 4. After editing the backup schedule, click **[Edit]**. - For more information about setting up a backup schedule, see [Create schedule](/docs/en/backup-schedule#%EC%9D%BC%EC%A0%95%EC%83%9D%EC%84%B1). - The schedule status shows as **Editing**, and changes to **Created** when the editing is complete. ## Delete schedule To delete a schedule: 1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to **Menu** > **All Services** > **Storage** > **Backup**. 2. Click the **Schedule** menu. 3.
