    There are a few terms you need to know to use Basic Security. The terms and their descriptions are as follows.

    Anti-virus

    An anti-virus service that helps the user's service run smoothly by detecting, isolating, and removing malware from the user's servers via scheduling.

    Intrusion Detection System (IDS)

    An intrusion detection service that detects malicious attacks (intrusions) attempted against the user's service open to the outside

    V1

    An abbreviation that refers to the Classic environment

    V2

    An abbreviation that refers to the VPC environment

    Security event

    A unit for the result of performing detections and actions in Security Monitoring where Basic Security is included Generally used as a synonym of event.

    Event

    A unit for the result of performing detections and actions in Security Monitoring where Basic Security is included Generally used as a synonym of security event.
