This method is available only for **Enterprise Certificate** (Advanced DV/OV) issuance. To open the **Domains** menu, in the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to **Menu** > **All Services** > **Security** > **Certificate Manager** > **Enterprise Certificate** > **Domains**. ## Domains interface The Domains interface includes the following components: ![certificatemanager-domains_console-01_ko](https://cdn.document360.io/6998976f-9d95-4df8-b847-d375892b92c2/Images/Documentation/certificatemanager-domains_console-01_en.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-27T18%3A11%3A09Z&se=2026-10-27T19%3A11%3A09Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=sOn%2FbDVR5Z3Y7kLCwy12I5lvdecG23sx4aWChB0woMo%3D) | Component | Description | | --- | --- | | **① Menu name** | Current menu name and total number of registered domains. | | **② Basic features** | Default actions provided in the **Domains** menu. - **[Register domain]**: Register a new domain (see [Register a domain](/docs/en/certificatemanager-domains#%EB%8F%84%EB%A9%94%EC%9D%B8%EB%93%B1%EB%A1%9D%EB%B0%A9%EB%B2%95)). - **[Learn more]**: Go to the Certificate Manager overview page. - **[Refresh]**: Update the domain list and validation status. | | **③ Delete** | Delete the selected domain from the list (see [Delete a domain](/docs/en/certificatemanager-domains#%EB%8F%84%EB%A9%94%EC%9D%B8%EC%82%AD%EC%A0%9C)). | | **④ Domain list** | Shows the list of registered or validated domains. - Click the domain name to view its validation details. | ## View registered domain information To view the details and validation status of each domain in the list of the **Domains** menu: 1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to **Menu** > **All Services** > **Security** > **Certificate Manager** > **Enterprise Certificate** > **Domains**. 2. Click **Domains** in the left menu. 3. In the domain list, check the following: - **Domain number**: The unique identifier for each domain. - **Domain name**: The domain address to validate. - **Mapped Organization number**: The number of the organization associated with the domain. - When set, it enhances security as an OV certificate is only issued with the specified organization information for that domain. - **Validation method**: The selected DNS validation method. - **Persistent DNS TXT** - **DNS TXT (token method)** - **Issuance platform**: The system used to issue the certificate (currently displayed as console-based). - **Validation status**: The stage of domain ownership validation. - **Validation complete**: DCV has succeeded. - You can issue certificates for the domain and its subdomains or wildcard domains without additional validation until the **Expiration date and time**. - **Validation in progress**: The domain is registered, but validation is not yet complete. - If validation is not completed within 72 hours, it changes to **Validation failed**. - **Validation failed**: Validation failed because it was not completed within 72 hours or the DNS record value did not match. - **Expired**: Validation can no longer be used because its validity period (9 or 199 days) has expired. - **Request date and time**: When the domain validation request was recorded. - **Validation date and time**: When validation was last completed successfully. - **Expiration date and time**: When the domain validation information expires. ## Register a domain You can register a domain in 2 ways: 1. Register directly from the **Domains** menu. 2. Automatically register through the certificate issuance process. ### 1. Register directly in the Domains menu To register a domain: 1. Click **[Register domain]** at the top of the menu, then enter the domain to register. - Since you can issue certificates for all subdomains and wildcard domains by validating the parent domain, it is more efficient to register the parent domain. 2. Select a domain control validation (DCV) method to verify your authority to issue certificates. - **Persistent DNS TXT** is recommended. 3. (Optional) You can select and map active organization information to the domain. - When selected, you can only issue OV certificates for the mapped organization, preventing certificates from being issued with incorrect organization information. ### 2. Register automatically during certificate issuance When you enter a new domain during the certificate application process, the domain is automatically added to the **Domains** menu. Note Although it is generally restricted to register a duplicate entry for an already validated domain, it may be allowed if a different validation method is used. ## Delete a domain Keep the following in mind when deleting domain information: - It is no longer possible to issue certificates using the deleted domain information. - If a certificate is in the issuance stage using the domain information while in the **Validation in progress** state, deleting the domain will cause the final certificate issuance to fail.
