After launching the chatbot service, you must analyze the user's conversation history to understand what conversations they had with the chatbot. To improve the quality of responses, the chatbot must incorporate unanswered user questions into the conversation. This process is called retraining.
To access the Retraining menu:
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > AI Services > CLOVA Chatbot > Domain. - Click [Run builder] of the domain you want to run the Chatbot Builder.
- In the Chatbot Builder, click Retrain menu.
Retrain failed conversations
You can review the list of conversations in which the user's question received a failed response.
- Click [Edit] to add the question to an existing conversation. You can search by conversation name or question to add it to the appropriate conversation.
- Click [Hold] to review it later.
- Click [Exclude] to exclude conversations that are not subject to review from the failed conversation list.
- The reviewed conversation list shows the review date and conversation date.

Retrain similar responses
You can review the list of conversations in which the user's question received a similar response.
- Click [Edit] to add the question to an existing conversation.
- Click [Hold] to review it later.
- Click [Exclude] to exclude conversations that are not subject to review from the similar response list.
- The reviewed conversation list shows the review date and conversation date.

Retrain dissatisfied conversations
You can view and review the list of conversations where users sent dissatisfied feedback regarding chatbot responses.
- If you click [Correct Answer], the chatbot's response is deemed appropriate and removed from the dissatisfied conversation list.
- Click [Edit] to add the question to an existing conversation.
- Click [Hold] to review it later.
- Click [Exclude] to exclude conversations that are not subject to review from the dissatisfied conversation list.
- The reviewed conversation list shows the review date and conversation date.

Retrain satisfied conversations
You can view and review the list of conversations where users sent satisfied feedback regarding chatbot responses.
- If you click [Correct Answer], the chatbot's response is deemed appropriate and removed from the satisfied conversation list.
- Click [Edit] to add the question to an existing conversation.
- Click [Hold] to review it later.
- Click [Exclude] to exclude conversations that are not subject to review from the satisfied conversation list.
- The reviewed conversation list shows the review date and conversation date.
