After starting a chatbot service, you must identify what conversation took place between the users and chatbot based on the users' chat histories. The questions entered by the users, for which the chatbot was unable to provide an answer, must be reflected in the conversation to enhance the quality of answers. This process is called relearn.
The following describes how to access the Relearn menu.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > CLOVA Chatbot > Domain menus, in that order.
- Click the [Run builder] button of the domain you want to run the chatbot builder.
- From the chatbot builder, click the [Relearn] menu.
Relearn from failed conversations
Check and review the list of conversations during which the user's question was responded with a failed answer.
- Click the [Modify] button and add the question to an existing conversation. Search with the conversation name or question and add to a suitable conversation.
- Click the [Defer] button to review later.
- Click the [Exception] button to exclude conversations that are not for review from the list of failed conversations.
- The review date and conversation date are available in the reviewed conversation list.
Relearn from similar answers
Check and review the list of conversations during which the user's question was responded with a similar answer.
- Click the [Modify] button and add the question to an existing conversation.
- Click the [Defer] button to review later.
- Click the [Exception] button to exclude conversations that are not for review from the list of similar answers.
- The review date and conversation date are available in the reviewed conversation list.
Relearn from unsatisfactory conversations
Check and review the list of conversations for which the user sent an unsatisfactory feedback in regard to the chatbot's answer.
- Click the [Correct] button to determine that the chatbot's answer was appropriate and exclude it from the list of unsatisfactory conversations.
- Click the [Modify] button and add the question to an existing conversation.
- Click the [Defer] button to review later.
- Click the [Exception] button to exclude conversations that are not for review from the list of unsatisfactory conversations.
- The review date and conversation date are available in the reviewed conversation list.
Relearn from satisfactory conversations
Check and review the list of conversations for which the user sent a satisfactory feedback in regard to the chatbot's answer.
- Click the [Correct] button to determine that the chatbot's answer was appropriate and exclude it from the list of satisfactory conversations.
- Click the [Modify] button and add the question to an existing conversation.
- Click the [Defer] button to review later.
- Click the [Exception] button to exclude conversations that are not for review from the list of satisfactory conversations.
- The review date and conversation date are available in the reviewed conversation list.
