    Request subscription to Cloud Log Analytics

    The following describes how to request subscription to Cloud Log Analytics.

    1. Click the Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Log Analytics menus from the NAVER Cloud Platform console, in that order.
    2. Click the [Request subscription] button.
    3. Select a pricing plan from the Request subscription pop-up window.
      • For more details about each pricing plan, refer to Usage fee.
    4. Check the information on pricing plan change, select the checkbox, and then click the [Request subscription] button.
    Note

    The subscription of Cloud Log Analytics can be requested in each region, and the contract is created for each region.

    Change pricing plan

    You can change your current pricing plan for Cloud Log Analytics.

    • If you have already changed your pricing plan for the current month, you can't change the plan again. You can change it starting on the 1st of the following month.
    • When you request the pricing plan change, the existing contract is immediately terminated and a new contract with the changed plan is created.
    • If you change from Premium pricing plan to Standard pricing plan, the past data corresponding to excessive capacity is deleted.

    The following describes how to change the pricing plan.

    1. Click the Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Log Analytics menus from the NAVER Cloud Platform console, in that order.
    2. Click the Subscription menu.
    3. Click the [Change pricing plan] button.
    4. Select a pricing plan you want from the Request pricing plan change pop-up window.
    5. Check the information on pricing plan change, select the checkbox, and then click the [Request pricing plan change] button.
    6. When the pricing plan change completion pop-up window appears, click the [OK] button.

    Cancel Cloud Log Analytics subscription

    You can cancel your Cloud Log Analytics subscription from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

    • If you are using linked services, you must first cancel the linked services or log linkage feature before canceling the Cloud Log Analytics subscription.
    • All saved data is deleted upon cancellation of Cloud Log Analytics subscription.
    • If you don't delete log collection agent in the server where log collection is set, unnecessary internal traffic will occur even after subscription cancellation.

    The following describes how to cancel the Cloud Log Analytics subscription.

    1. Click the Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Log Analytics menus from the NAVER Cloud Platform console, in that order.
    2. Click the Subscription menu.
    3. Click the [Set subscription] button.
    4. Click Cancel subscription.
    5. When the Cancel subscription pop-up window appears, click the [OK] button.

    Collect logs in Cloud Log Analytics

    The following describes how to set log collection of servers in Cloud Log Analytics.

    1. Click the Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Log Analytics menus from the NAVER Cloud Platform console, in that order.
    2. Click the Management menu.
    3. Select the server to collect logs from, and then click the [Set collection] button.
    4. When the Set log collection pop-up window appears, select a log collection template from the Log template drop-down menu, and then click the [Apply] button.
    5. When the Guide to agent installation in server pop-up window appears, check the log collection agent installation command and click the [Close] button.
      • Click the [Copy to clipboard] button to copy the log collection agent installation command into the clipboard.
    6. Access the server and execute the log collection agent installation command that was checked in Step 5.
      • When the agent installation is completed, the following message is displayed.
