This guide describes how to get started with Cloud Log Analytics once you've identified system requirements and familiarized yourself with usage scenarios.

Subscribe to Cloud Log Analytics
To sign up for Cloud Log Analytics, follow the steps below.
- Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Region and Platform in the top right corner of the console interface.
- After selecting your region and platform, click [Apply].
- Click
in the upper left corner of the console interface. - Go to Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Log Analytics.
- Click the [Subscribe] button.
- Select a plan in the sign-up popup window.
- For more information about each plan, see Pricing.
- Read the instructions for changing your plan, click the appropriate checkbox, then click the [Apply] button.
You can subscribe to Cloud Log Analytics for each individual region. If you do, a separate contract is created for each region.
Change your pricing plan
You can change your pricing plan for your Cloud Log Analytics subscription.
- If you have already changed your pricing plan this month, you must wait until the first of the next month to change plans again.
- Upon applying for a plan change, the existing contract is terminated and a new contract is created for the changed plan.
- If you change from a Premium plan to a Standard plan, any existing data that exceeds your new storage capacity will be deleted.

To change your pricing plan, follow the steps below.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Log Analytics menu in order.
- Click the Subscription menu.
- Click the [Change Subscription] button.
- In the Change Subscription popup window, select the plan you want to use.
- Read the instructions for changing your plan, click the appropriate checkbox, then click the [Request Plan Change] button.
- When the Subscription Changed pop-up window appears, click the [OK] button.
Unsubscribe from Cloud Log Analytics
You can cancel your Cloud Log Analytics subscription from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- If you are using an integration service, you must first disable the integration service and log integration before you can cancel your Cloud Log Analytics plan.
- All stored data is deleted upon canceling your Cloud Log Analytics subscription.
- Failing to delete the log collection agent from a server causes unnecessary internal traffic even after terminating your subscription.
To cancel your Cloud Log Analytics subscription, follow the steps below.
- Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Region and Platform in the top right corner of the console interface.
- After selecting your region and platform, click [Apply].
- Click
in the upper left corner of the console interface. - Go to Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Log Analytics.
- Click the Subscription menu.
- Click the [Subscription Settings] button.
- Click the Cancel Subscription button.
- When the Subscription Canceled pop-up window appears, click the [OK] button.
Collecting logs in Cloud Log Analytics
To set up log collection for your server in Cloud Log Analytics, follow the steps below.
- This section outlines how to set up log collection for a Linux server using log templates. For more information about log collection, see Log collection.
- You must first create a server to collect logs. For more information about creating a server, see Starting a Server (VPC) or Starting a Server (Classic).
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Log Analytics menu in order.
- Click the Management menu.
- Select the server you want to collect logs from and click the [Collection Settings] button.
- When the Log Collection Settings popup window appears, select the log template you want to collect from the Log Template drop-down menu and click the [Apply] button.
- When the How to Install Agent on Server pop-up window appears, check the log collection agent installation command, then click the [Close] button.
- Click the [Copy to clipboard] button to copy the log collection agent installation command to the clipboard.
- After connecting to the server, run the log collection agent installation command that you identified in step 5.
- Once agent installation is complete, the following message is displayed
