Cloud Data Box is a service that provides a wide range of extensive big data and a big data analysis platform related to NAVER Search and Shopping. It provides a large amount of online behavior data required for the analysis and the state-of-art analysis infrastructure that can effectively analyze data so that customers can solve various business issues based on extensive data. Users can easily and conveniently utilize the extensive search and shopping data provided by NAVER through the NAVER Cloud Platform's Cloud Data Box without having to separately prepare the data required for data analysis and machine learning development. Since external network communication is blocked after requesting data supply, analysis can be performed safely without data leak risks. Although the provided data can't be exported, the analysis outputs such as models and aggregated data created by Cloud Data Box can be exported.

Cloud Data Box can be utilized as follows.

• Keyword analysis: You can manage brand reputation, create branded content by analyzing the keywords used by different age groups, and analyze keyword trends to identify the needs of each customer segment.
• Provide tailored services to customers: You can create landing pages tailored to customers, increase new purchase rates through recommendations of products purchased together by other customers, or use existing customer information to offer tailored product recommendations optimized to each customer.
• AI analysis: You can create various classification models using labeled images and text, and discover ways to improve service efficiency through these models.

• Analysis linked with customer data: You can import customer data and software into Cloud Data Box and link them to NAVER data for various types of analysis. The analysis data can be exported for continuous follow-up analysis.
