Troubleshoot access issues
The following are examples of access issues you might encounter:
Forced logout from the Connect server
I was connected to the Connect server, but was forcibly logged out.
No internet connection from the Connect server
There is no internet connection from the Connect server.
Connect server access issue
I cannot access the Connect server.
No SSL VPN access
I cannot access SSL VPN.
When accessing SSL VPN, the error message "Incorrect username or password" appears.
No Edge Node access
I cannot access Edge Node.
Troubleshoot data issues
The following are examples of data view and export issues you might encounter:
Cannot view data from HUE
I cannot view data from HUE.
Data aggregation delay in Jupyter Notebook
It takes a long time to aggregate data in Jupyter Notebook.
Export in JSON format
The available file formats I can select when requesting a file export in Data Box are table, image, code, model, and license only. I want to export it as a simple JSON file.
Rejected export request
The file export request has been rejected for the reason of "The table configuration is not correct."
The file export request has been rejected when there is no problem in the data.
