You might run into the following problems when using Cloud DB for Cache: Find out causes and possible solutions.

DB Server memory size exceeded

Cannot save data in DB Server anymore.

Cause

In an in-memory cache service, it is very important to predict the size of data to be stored in the cache. If the size of the data to be stored exceeds the memory size of the created DB cache server, then it can't be stored anymore.

Solution

If exceeding the memory size of the cache server created and required to upgrade the memory size, see the specification changes for DB Server for each platform environment below:
