# Cloud DB for MongoDB troubleshooting

This document details problems users may have while using Cloud DB for MongoDB, as well their solutions. Click each problematic situation to move to the related page.

## Common issues

The common problematic situations users may encounter are as follows:

[MongoDB Server connection error](/docs/en/clouddbformongodb-troubleshoot-common#MongoDBServer%EC%A0%91%EC%86%8D%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) Error occurs when connecting to MongoDB Server. It connects directly to the instance of DB, but not to the DB connection string (Timeout occurs). It cannot access directly to the OS.
