    If you have checked the supported specifications for Cloud Functions and duly noted the service concepts, terms, and scenarios, then you are now ready to start using Cloud Functions. The first thing to do now is to request subscription for Cloud Functions.

    Request subscription

    To request subscription to Cloud Functions, you must agree to the service's Terms and Conditions in the NAVER Cloud Platform console. The following describes how to agree to Cloud Functions Terms and Conditions from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

    1. Connect to the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. From the Region menu, click and select the region you're using.
    3. From the Platform menu, click and select Classic.
    4. Click the Services > Compute > Cloud Functions menus, in that order.
    5. Click the Subscription menu.
    6. Click the [Request subscription] button.
    7. When the Request subscription pop-up window appears, click I read and agree to Cloud Functions Terms and Conditions. Also, Cloud Functions is linked to the Cloud Log Analytics (CLA) service as a prerequisite since it allows uploaded code to be run and its tracks need to be managed.
    8. Click the [OK] button.

    • Click the [Request subscription] button from Service > Compute > Cloud Functions in the NAVER Cloud Platform portal to go directly to the page in Step 6.
    • Additional fees apply when you request subscription to Cloud Log Analytics. For the introduction on Cloud Log Analytics and details about its pricing plans, refer to the Service > Management & Governance > Cloud Log Analytics menu in the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.

    Cancel subscription

    You can cancel the Cloud Functions subscription from the NAVER Cloud Platform portal. You can cancel the service whenever you want. The following describes how to cancel your subscription.

    Caution

    All resources (actions, triggers, and packages) created in the Classic and VPC environments will be deleted if you cancel your subscription. Charges will be combined with the existing usage statement when you sign up again. Please note that the logs saved in Cloud Log Analytics, the linked service, are not deleted, and charges may be incurred as a result.

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console's Region menu, click and select the region you're using.
    2. From the Platform menu, click and select Classic.
    3. Click the Services > Compute > Cloud Functions menus, in that order.
    4. Click the Subscription menu.
    5. Click the [Product in use] button, and then click Cancel subscription.
    6. When the Cancel subscription pop-up window appears, click the [Cancel] button.
