You might run into the following problems when using Cloud Functions: Find out causes and possible solutions.

Cannot check execution history

I cannot check the execution history in the Dashboard menu and the [Monitoring] tab in Action.

Cause

All execution histories of Cloud Functions are saved in Cloud Log Analytics, and the saved execution histories can be checked in the Dashboard of Cloud Functions. If a log loading delay occurs in Cloud Log Analytics, the execution history may not be visible temporarily.

Solution

  • Check if there is a log in Cloud Log Analytics.
  • When there is a log in Cloud Log Analytics but it cannot be checked in the Dashboard of Cloud Functions, forward it to Customer Support of NAVER Cloud Platform.

Cannot select subnet

  • I cannot select a subnet when creating an action.
  • There are created subnets, but I do not see any subnets on the list.

Cause

  • Only the private subnets with "General" purpose are displayed on the list.
  • As for the Korean Region, only the subnets created in the KR-2 zone are displayed on the list. Also, you can select only 1 subnet per zone. For more information, see Create action > VPC connection information.

Solution

  • Check if the subnet type is "private subnet."
  • Check if the subnet is created in the "KR-2" zone.
