The following details are the cloud environment specifications supported by Cloud Insight.

Services that provide performance indicators
For services of NAVER Cloud Platform that provide performance indicators in Cloud Insight, refer to the list of Cloud Insight-integrated services.
Usage Limits
The following shows Cloud Insight 's data storage period, dashboard display period, maximum number widgets created per dashboard, and performance indicators per API call.
Data storage period
The retention periods according to the aggregation interval of performance indicators are as follows: When the data storage period expires, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
The recommended search period means the optimal period for dashboard display performance, and you can search as long as the actual data retention period.
In the dashboard widget, only the section where data can be searched during the dashboard display period is displayed.

Data transmission example by data storage period
Data search period: 45 days to 15 days from today (30 days)
- Min1: since the search period is earlier than the last 8 days, data search is not possible (data does not appear on the widget)
- Min5: data search is possible from 1 month to 15 days ago (only the period from 1 month to 15 days ago is displayed on the widget)
- Min30, Hour2, Day1: can only search data
Therefore, set the aggregation interval to Min30 or higher. (If you set the aggregation interval to Auto, it is automatically set to Hour2 according to the dashboard display period rules.)
Dashboard display period
If you set the dashboard display period to Custom, you can select a period of up to 1 month.
If you select more than 1 month as the dashboard display period, it is set up to 1 month based on the start date.
Number of created widgets per dashboard
Up to 30 widgets can be added to a single dashboard.
Number of performance indicators per API call
Up to 20 performance indicators can be retrieved at a time through the Cloud Insight API.
Data collection and aggregation interval
The intervals of data collection and aggregation are as follows:

Auto aggregation interval period by dashboard display period
When you set the metric aggregation interval to Auto, it is automatically determined and displayed according to the display period selection on the Dashboard.

Usage fee
Cloud Insight is provided free of charge during the beta service period. If it does become a paid service, advance notifications will be sent via email and SMS to the customers who use it 1 month before the change takes place.
You can check the details of the usage fee of Cloud Insight, which has been changed to a paid service later, in the portal's Service > Management & Governance > Cloud Insight menu or on the pricing plan by region page.
