    Set keyword

    If you register keywords when operating CLOVA AiCall service, you can search or operate real-time calls based on key keywords.
    You can check calls containing specific keywords on the Manage real-time call menu. You can also group multiple keywords into a group to search them.

    Register keyword

    You can register keywords to use when operating CLOVA AiCall service as follows.

    1. Click CLOVA AiCall > Contact Center in that order in the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the [Run builder] button of the Contact Center to manage from the Contact Center list.
    3. Click the Set keyword menu in the AiCall setting area on the left side of the page.
    4. Click the [Create keyword] button to register keywords.
    5. Enter the keyword information to register in the keyword registration page, and then click the [Register] button.
      • You can register multiple similar terms by classifying them with a comma (,) in one representative term. If similar terms are identified, they will be replaced with the representative term and shown on the real-time/finished call pages.

    Edit keyword

    You can change the name of the registered keyword or delete the representative term.

    1. Click CLOVA AiCall > Contact Center in that order in the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the [Run builder] button of the Contact Center to manage from the Contact Center list.
    3. Click the Set keyword menu in the AiCall setting area on the left side of the page.
    4. Click the [View more] button of the keyword to change on the keyword list.
    5. Edit the keyword name or keyword settings in the Edit keywords window, and then click the [Register] button.

    Delete keyword

    You can delete keywords that are no longer in use among registered keywords. However, you can't restore deleted keywords, so make sure before proceeding with deletion.

    1. Click CLOVA AiCall > Contact Center in that order in the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the [Run builder] button of the Contact Center to manage from the Contact Center list.
    3. Click the Set keyword menu in the AiCall setting area on the left side of the page.
    4. Select the keyword to delete from the keyword list, and then click the [Delete keyword] button.
