When operating the CLOVA AiCall service, you can register keywords to search for or manage calls in real time based on those keywords.
You can view the calls containing specific keywords in the Manage Real-time Call menu. Alternatively, you can group multiple keywords together for a single search.

Register keywords

To register keywords for use when operating the CLOVA AiCall service:

  1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA AiCall > Contact Center.
  2. In the Contact Center list, click [Run builder] for the Contact Center to manage.
  3. Click Set Keyword menu in the Aicall settings on the left of the interface.
  4. To register a keyword, click [Create Keyword].
  5. When the keyword registration window appears, enter the keyword information you want to register, and click [Register].
    • You can register multiple synonyms for a single representative term, separated by commas (,). When synonyms are identified, they are replaced with the representative term and displayed on the real-time/ended call page.

Edit keywords

You can change the name of a registered keyword or delete the representative term.

  1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA AiCall > Contact Center.
  2. In the Contact Center list, click [Run builder] for the Contact Center to manage.
  3. Click Set Keyword menu in the Aicall settings on the left of the interface.
  4. Click [Details] for the keyword to change in the keyword list.
  5. Edit the keyword name or settings in the keyword edit window, and click [Register].

Delete keywords

You can delete keywords that are no longer in use from the list of registered keywords. However, deleted keywords cannot be recovered. Choose carefully.

  1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA AiCall > Contact Center.
  2. In the Contact Center list, click [Run builder] for the Contact Center to manage.
  3. Click Set Keyword menu in the Aicall settings on the left of the interface.
  4. Select the keyword to delete from the keyword list, and click [Delete Keyword].
