        Using CLOVA CareCall

          The features provided by CLOVA CareCall are available by accessing the Builder web. The following describes how to access the Builder web to use the features.
          1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
          2. Click Services > AI Services > CLOVA AiCall.
          3. Click CareCall > Contact Center.
          4. In the Contact Center list, click the [Run builder] button for the Contact Center.
            • The Builder screen appears.
          Note

          A separate membership is required to use CLOVA CareCall builder.
