You might run into the following problems when using CLOVA Dubbing. Find out causes and possible solutions.
Troubleshoot billing issues
I didn't use CLOVA Dubbing, but the fee is charged.
Cause
The charges for CLOVA Dubbing are based on the creation of the project group. If you have a project group, a basic fee is incurred regardless of the usage.
Solution
If a project group is created, the fee is incurred, so delete a project group you don't use.
Troubleshoot charges after unsubscription issues
I unsubscribed CLOVA Dubbing, but the fee was charged.
Causes and solutions
The fee from the 1st to the last day of every month is charged the next month. If you unsubscribe from the service in the middle of the month, the fee calculated daily until the date you unsubscribe is charged. To view the service subscription status in detail, check the Cost Explorer service.
Troubleshoot Project transfer issues
The project I created in NAVER CLOVA Dubbing is transferred to CLOVA Dubbing of NAVER Cloud Platform account, but I cannot transfer the project I created in NAVER Cloud Platform account to NAVER CLOVA Dubbing.
Causes and solutions
The project of CLOVA Dubbing created in NAVER Cloud Platform cannot be transferred to NAVER's CLOVA Dubbing.
Troubleshoot unable to adjust pitch and end-pitch issues
I was able to edit the pitch and end-pitch, and adjust the dubbing speed in the free version, but I cannot find these features in the paid version.
Cause
CLOVA Dubbing provided for free by NAVER and CLOVA Dubbing provided by NAVER Cloud Platform have different features. In CLOVA Dubbing provided by NAVER Cloud Platform, you can only adjust the speed and volume.
Solution
- You can set the speed and volume with the MY Voice feature of CLOVA Dubbing. For more information, see Create and manage voices.

Troubleshoot features in the free version not provided issues
I cannot find the voices I used in the free version.
Cause
The celeb voice and voice maker features of NAVER CLOVA Dubbing are not provided by CLOVA Dubbing from NAVER Cloud Platform.
Solution
The service providers for the paid CLOVA Dubbing of NAVER Cloud Platform and the free CLOVA Dubbing of NAVER are different, so their scope of feature provision and release date are also different. For more information on the features provided by each platform, see the detail page of each platform.
Troubleshoot Changing premium plan to standard plan issues
I cannot change the premium plan to the standard plan.
Cause
It is only possible to change the service plan from the standard plan to the premium plan.
Solution
You cannot change the premium plan to the standard plan, so create a new project group.
