Subscribe and unsubscribe

Available in Classic and VPC

Once you have checked the specifications for CLOVA GreenEye and acquainted yourself with the usage scenarios of the service, you are ready to start using CLOVA GreenEye. Now, the first thing to do next is to obtain administrator approval for the use of CLOVA GreenEye before subscribing to the service. Request administrator approval for the use of CLOVA GreenEye on the NAVER Cloud Platform portal, and subscribe to CLOVA GreenEye on the NAVER Cloud console.

Subscribe

To subscribe to CLOVA GreenEye on the NAVER Cloud Platform portal and console, follow these steps:

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click Region & Platform in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
3. Select the region and platform you are using, and click [Apply].
4. Click in the upper-left corner of the console interface.
5. Click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA GreenEye menus in order.
6. Click the Subscription menu.
7. Click the [Subscribe] button.
8. When the notification popup window appears, enter the your application information.
9. After checking the cautions, click Subscribe to CLOVA GreenEye .
10. Click the [Subscribe] button.

Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from CLOVA GreenEye on the NAVER Cloud Platform portal. You can unsubscribe from CLOVA GreenEye at any time. After unsubscribing, you can no longer use the service. To unsubscribe from CLOVA GreenEye, follow these steps:

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click Region & Platform in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
3. Select the region and platform you are using, and click [Apply].
4. Click in the upper-left corner of the console interface.
5. Click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA GreenEye menus in order.
6. Click the Subscription menu.
7. Click the [Product in use] button, and then click Unsubscribe from product.
8. When the service unsubscription popup window appears, click the [Unsubscribe] button.
