    Task management describes how to view and check samples and saved tasks in the Explore menu. It also introduces how to create a test app of the viewed task.

    Utilize samples

    CLOVA Studio provides samples of recommended examples that you may find frequently used or useful. With parameter values, system directives, and user messages all set up, you can use the samples to quickly and easily accomplish your desired task.

    The following describes how to use the samples.

    1. In NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio menus, in that order.
    2. Click the My Product menu, and then click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button.
    3. In CLOVA Studio, click the Explorer menu.
    4. Click the [Sample] tab.
    5. Click the desired sample.
      • The Playground screen appears with the optimized values for the sample.
    6. Click the [Open in Playground] button.
    7. Review the system directives area and add more examples if necessary.
    8. Click the [Run] button.
      • If you are not satisfied with the execution result, clear the contents and run again to generate new result values or edit the example and run again.

    Manage tasks

    The following describes how to view and download the results of your task generated by the data expansion tool and the batch creation tool from the Explorer menu in the My task menu.

    View tasks

    From the My task menu, you can view and download the results of your task generated by the data expansion tool and the batch creation tool in the Explorer menu.

    The following describes how to view your task in CLOVA Studio.

    1. In NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio menus, in that order.
    2. Click the My Product menu, and then click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button.
    3. Click on your user name in the upper right corner of CLOVA Studio, then click on the [My task] menu.
    4. Click the [Explorer] tab.
    5. Click the type of task you want to view.
      • [Prompt] button: tasks stored in Playground
      • [Data Expansion] button: tasks performed in the data expansion tool
      • [Batch Creation] button: tasks created in the batch creation tool
    6. Check your saved tasks in the task list.
      • If it's a prompt task, you can open it from the Playground menu (see Load Playground tasks).
      • If it's a data expansion task, you can view the results of the task and download the output.
      • If it's a batch task, you can view the task results and download the output.

    Download task output

    You can download the output generated by the data expansion tool and the batch creation tool. The output is no longer available for download after 7 days from the completion of the task.

    To download the output of a task that you have run, follow these steps.

    1. In NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio menus, in that order.
    2. Click the My Product menu, and then click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button.
    3. Click on your user name in the upper right corner of CLOVA Studio, then click on the [My task] menu.
    4. Click the [Explorer] tab.
    5. Click the type of task you want to view.
      • [Data Expansion] button: tasks performed in the data expansion tool
      • [Batch Creation] button: tasks created in the batch creation tool
    6. Click the [Download] button for the task for which you want to download the output.
      • Download: the task is completed and you can download the output
      • Requesting: the task is running
      • Stopped: the task has been stopped
      • Expired: the time to download the results has expired (7 days from the completion of the task)

    View tasks

    The following describes how to view the saved tasks.

    1. In NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio menus, in that order.
    2. Click the My Product menu, and then click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button.
    3. Click on your user name in the upper right corner of CLOVA Studio, then click on the [My task] menu.
    4. Click the [Explorer] tab.
    5. Click the type of task you want to view.
    6. Click the tab with the task you want to view if necessary.
    7. Search for tasks to view by selecting a tag or entering a search keyword if necessary.
    8. Click the task to view.
      • You can see a preview of the task in a pop-up window.

    Open samples and saved tasks

    The following describes how to open samples and saved tasks on the Playground.

    1. In NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio menus, in that order.
    2. Click the My Product menu, and then click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button.
    3. In CLOVA Studio, click the Explorer menu.
    4. Click the tab with the task you want to view in Playground if necessary.
    5. Search for tasks to view in Playground by selecting a tag or entering a search keyword if necessary.
    6. Click the task to open in Playground.
    7. Click the [Open in Playground] button if you see the preview pop-up window.
      • Go to the Playground screen where the task is open.

    Create test app

    The following describes how to create a test app of the viewed task.

    Note

    The test app can be created from only my works. To create a test app from a sample or another user's work, first open the work in Playground and save it.

    1. In NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio menus, in that order.
    2. Click the My Product menu, and then click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button.
    3. Click on your user name in the upper right corner of CLOVA Studio, then click on the [My task] menu.
    4. Click the [Explorer] tab.
    5. Click the task you want to create a test app for.
    6. Click the [Create test app] button.
    7. Enter a test app name, and then click the [Create] button.
      • You can create a test app, and see a test app pop-up window.

        • You can view the API information of your test app and set whether to use the AI Filter. (For more information on the API, see CLOVA Studio API guide)
        • As for the code type, curl and python are provided.
        • You can click [Copy] to copy the API information to the clipboard.
        • You can click [Reissue] to reissue API Gateway key.
        • You can check AI Filter guide when clicking View guide.
