Task management describes how to view and check saved tasks in the Explorer menu.

Manage tasks

The following describes how to view and download the results of your task generated by the data expansion tool and the batch creation tool from the Explorer menu in the My task menu.

View tasks

From the My task menu, you can view and download the results of your task generated by the data expansion tool and the batch creation tool in the Explorer menu.

To view your task in CLOVA Studio, follow these steps:

  1. On the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order.
  2. Click the My Product menu, and then click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button.
  3. On the left side of the screen, click on the [My task] menu.
  4. Click the [Explorer] tab.
  5. Click the type of task you want to view.
    • [Data Expansion] button: tasks performed in the data expansion tool
    • [Batch Creation] button: tasks created in the batch creation tool
  6. Check your saved tasks in the task list.
    • You can download the outcomes of data expansion and batch creation.

Download task output

You can download the output generated by the data expansion tool and the batch creation tool. The output will no longer be available for download after 7 days from the completion of the task.

To download the output of a task that you have run, follow these steps:

  1. On the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order.
  2. Click the My Product menu, and then click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button.
  3. On the left side of the screen, click on the [My task] menu.
  4. Click the [Explorer] tab.
  5. Click the type of task you want to view.
    • [Data Expansion] button: tasks performed in the data expansion tool
    • [Batch Creation] button: tasks created in the batch creation tool
  6. Click the [Download] button for the task for which you want to download the output.
    • Download: the task is completed and you can download the output
    • Requesting: the task is running
    • Stopped: the task has been stopped
    • Expired: the time to download the results has expired (7 days from the completion of the task)
