If you have checked the CLOVA Studio usage environment and supported specifications, and have familiarized with the usage scenario and glossary, you are ready to start using CLOVA Studio. The first thing to do is to request subscription for the CLOVA Studio. You can request subscription to CLOVA Studio and manage your subscription in NAVER Cloud Platform's console. When the subscription request is complete,
you should check if you can normally access the CLOVA Studio web from a PC's web browser. After completing all the introductory steps for using CLOVA Studio, go to Use CLOVA Studio to learn how to utilize the various functions provided by CLOVA Studio.

Request Closed Beta

The following describes how to request CLOVA Studio Closed Beta.

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio menu in order.
3. Click the [Request closed beta] button.

Request subscription

The following describes how to request subscription to CLOVA Studio.

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio menu in order.
3. Click the [Request subscription] button.
4. After checking the request details, click the [Next] button.
5. Read the Terms and Conditions, agree to them, and then click the [Next] button.
   • The subscription request will be completed.
   • Go to CLOVA Studio on clicking the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button.

Cancel subscription

The following describes how to cancel subscription to CLOVA Studio.

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio menu in order.
3. Click the [Cancel service] button.
4. Check the details in the cancellation pop-up window, and then click the [Cancellation] button.
   • The subscription will be terminated.

Check PC web access

The following describes how to check the normal access on the web PC after requesting subscription to CLOVA Studio is completed from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio menus, in that order.
2. Click the My Product menu.
3. Click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button.

Check usage status

The following describes how to check the CLOVA Studio usage status.

1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio menus, in that order.
2. Click the My Product menu.
   • You can check CLOVA Studio usage status.
   • Usage is a monthly basis.
