To use CLOVA Studio, you must first apply to use CLOVA Studio. You can request a subscription to CLOVA Studio and manage your subscription in NAVER Cloud Platform's console.
When the subscription request is complete, you should check if you can normally access the CLOVA Studio web from a PC's web browser.

Subscribe

To request subscription to CLOVA Studio, follow these steps:

  1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Region & Platform in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
  3. Select the region and platform you are using, and click [Apply].
  4. Click i_menu in the upper-left corner of the console interface.
  5. Click Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order.
  6. Click the [Request subscription] button.
  7. After checking the request details, click the [Next] button.
  8. Read the terms of service, agree to them, and then click the [Next] button.
    • The subscription request is completed.
    • Go to CLOVA Studio on clicking the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button.

Cancel subscription

To cancel subscription to CLOVA Studio, follow these steps:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order.
  2. Click the [Cancel service] button.
  3. Check the details in the cancellation popup window, and then click the [Cancellation] button.
    • The subscription is terminated.

Access CLOVA Studio

To check the normal access on CLOVA Studio after requesting subscription is completed on the NAVER Cloud Platform console, follow these steps:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order.
  2. Click the My product menu.
  3. Click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button.
Note

You can also check whether the CLOVA Studio web is connected normally by clicking the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button on the subscription application completion screen.

Check usage status

To check the CLOVA Studio usage status, follow these steps:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order.
  2. Click the My product menu.
    • You can check CLOVA Studio usage status.
    • Usage is displayed on a monthly basis.

Usage

Usage describes how to check the usage of tokens used in CLOVA Studio.
To check CLOVA Studio usage, follow these steps:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order.
  2. Click the Usage menu.
    • You can check CLOVA Studio usage.

      • You can view the usage for a specific period by setting a period.
      • You can check daily usage by total or usage type (tuning (app)/tuning (training)/playground).
      • Hover over the graph to see token usage by model.
