Troubleshoot common issues

The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:

Errors during a surge in concurrent requests
An error occurs when multiple users send API requests simultaneously.

Return of errors
Errors were returned during the API call.

Disable masking of specific information (phone numbers, URLs)
Some information, such as phone numbers and URLs, is automatically masked with * when transmitted.
Masking cannot be disabled.

Troubleshoot playground issues

The following are examples of playground errors you might encounter:

Tasks to be requested are not displayed when applying for a service app
After selecting a model in the service app application information, nothing appears in the list of Tasks to be requested.

Error when testing with "Do not use AI filter" setting
When testing with the AI filter set to "Do not use," a 40006 error (request cannot be processed due to internal policy) is displayed.

Troubleshoot tuning issues

The following are examples of tuning errors you might encounter:

Tuning does not run
An error occurs when attempting to run tuning using the singleton example dataset.
Tuning was attempted, but training did not proceed.

Results are inaccurate or inconsistent
After performing tuning, the tested output is not accurate.

"Dataset does not exist" error
Even though a dataset was attached during tuning, the "No data" error appears.

Troubleshoot explorer issues

The following are examples of explorer errors you might encounter:

429 error during embedding
A 429 error occurs during embedding.

HCX-007 tool call error
Tool calls work normally with HCX-005, but an error occurs with HCX-007.

Troubleshoot skill trainer issues

The following are examples of skill trainer errors you might encounter:

Skill set response format issue
The skill set response format has been configured, but it is not applied correctly to the final responses during data collection.

The action input does not produce the intended result
The action input does not produce the intended result.

Error message: "No plannable skills"
During data collection, the error message "No plannable skills" is displayed.

Error message: "Token limit exceeded"
During data collection, the error message "Token limit exceeded" appears.

Reset call options
Call options are reset each time data is collected.

"Data collection log" error
An error has occurred during data collection task.

Data collection was executed, but it does not proceed from being in progress.
Even after writing both the API Spec and manifest and entering the user query, the task does not proceed while in progress.
