Request Closed Beta

The following describes how to request CLOVA Studio JP Closed Beta.

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio JP menu in order.
3. Click the [Request closed beta] button.
4. After entering the Closed Beta application information, click the [OK] button.
   • Request Closed Beta is completed.
   • You will notify the results of the examination via the email registered to your NAVER Cloud Platform account within 1 week on average.
   • If the use of Closed Beta is approved, you can check the [Request subscription] button.

Request subscription

The following describes how to request subscription to CLOVA Studio JP.

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio JP menu in order.
3. Click the [Request subscription] button.
4. After checking the request details, click the [Next] button.
5. Read the Terms and Conditions, agree to them, and then click the [Next] button.
   • The subscription request will be completed.
   • Go to CLOVA Studio on clicking the [Go to CLOVA Studio JP] button.

Cancel subscription

The following describes how to cancel subscription to CLOVA Studio JP.

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio JP menu in order.
3. Click the [Cancel service] button.
4. Check the details in the cancellation pop-up window, and then click the [Cancellation] button.
   • The subscription will be terminated.

Check PC web access

The following describes how to check the normal access on the web PC after requesting subscription to CLOVA Studio JP is completed from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio JP menus, in that order.
2. Click the My Product menu.
3. Click the [Go to CLOVA Studio JP] button.

The following describes how to check the CLOVA Studio JP usage status.

1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, the Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio JP menus, in that order.
2. Click the My Product menu.
   • You can check CLOVA Studio JP usage status.
