Data Analytics Service is a service of NAVER Cloud Platform that helps facilitate use of the business intelligence environment in the cloud environment. It can be connected with NAVER Analytics, which offers you behavior data of site visitors and shopping data from NAVER Shopping. Those data are newly collected everyday, and you can analyze them on the Superset dashboard to improve your understanding of your customers and the market.

Q. What types of data are provided?
A. The following data is provided. (For detailed information about data provided, see Data.)
- Site data: site visit logs collected by NAVER Analytics and NAVER’s integrated search data
- Site visit log: visit logs of website visitors
- Incoming search keywords: numerical indicators of NAVER’s integrated search about incoming search keywords
- Visitor keyword: numerical indicators for search keywords that website visitors searched for on NAVER during a certain time before/after inputting incoming search keywords
- Shopping data: product click data for search keywords entered on NAVER Shopping, which are aggregated and provided by product category, age, and gender
Q. Which period of data created will I receive?
A. Periods of data to provide are as follows.
- Site data: data from 30 days before request to a given end date
- If the end date is set as Indefinite, new data are provided everyday until you delete the site or terminate the package
- Shopping data: data created 2 days before, from the next day of request to the date of request cancellation
<Example> If you request the data on February 5, data created February 4 are provided on February 6.
Q. Where can I check data?
A. You can check data on Superset or the Object Storage bucket.
- Check in Superset: you can see data on the Superset dashboard provided by Data Analytics Service (see Superset)
- Check in the Object Storage bucket: go to Buckets > Add External Bucket of the S3 browser and enter a bucket name in the menu. Then, add the bucket and see data files. (To learn how to use the S3 browser, see Creating API authentication keys and connecting to Amazon S3)
