My Datafence interface

Available in VPC

In the VPC environment on the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Big Data & Analytics > Datafence > My Datafence to access the MyDatafence interface.

Depending on the tab at the top of the My Datafence interface, the full list interface and the individual Datafence interface are configured differently.

Full list interface

The Full list interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Basic features My Datafence features.
  • [Create My Datafence]: Create a Datafence.
  • [Learn more]: Go to the Datafence overview page.
  • [Refresh]: Reload the current page.
③ Datafence tab Displays all Datafence list or individual Datafence created in the account.
④ Return Datafence Enabled when a Datafence is selected from the list. Return the selected Datafence.
⑤ Datafence list List of Datafence created in the account
  • Click an item to expand and view a summary.
  • No.: List number of the Datafence.
  • Datafence name: Name entered when creating the Datafence.
  • Number of box: Number of boxes created in the Datafence.
  • Creation date and time: Date and time when the Datafence was created.
  • Status: Current status of the Datafence.
    • In use: The Datafence has been created and the service is available for normal use.
    • Creating: The Datafence is being created with the information entered by the user.
    • Changing: The Datafence is being updated with the information entered by the user.
  • View details: Click [View] to access the individual Datafence interface.
  • Usage: Click [Download usage] to download information about the infrastructure in use in the Datafence.
  • SSL VPN information: SSL VPN information used when accessing the Datafence.
  • Object Storage for export review: Name of the Object Storage bucket used for export review.

Individual Datafence interface

The Individual Datafence interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Basic features My Datafence features.
  • [Create My Datafence]: Create a Datafence.
  • [Learn more]: Go to the Datafence overview page.
  • [Refresh]: Reload the current page.
③ Datafence select tab Views all Datafence list or individual Datafence created in the account
④ Datafence environmental component Component for viewing the current status of the created Datafence and managing its settings.
  • You can manage the Datafence environment using the settings button at the top of the list. For more information on configuration feature, see Configure Datafence environment.
  • List of shared storage infrastructure created in Datafence
    • No.: List number of the infrastructure.
    • Type: Type of the infrastructure.
    • OS: Operating system used by the server.
    • Infrastructure name: Name of the created infrastructure.
    • Specifications: Specifications of the created infrastructure.
    • Private IP: Private IP address assigned to the server.
    • Public IP: Public IP address assigned to the server.
    • Access information: Account name or access path used to access the infrastructure.
    • Creation date and time: Date and time when the infrastructure was created.
    • Status: Current status of the infrastructure.
⑤ Box component Component for viewing the current status of the box in the Datafence environment.
  • You can manage the box using the settings button at the top of the list. For more information on configuration feature, see Configure box.
  • List of boxes created in Datafence
    • No.: List number of the box.
    • Box name: Name of the created box.
    • Memo: Memo for the box.
    • Creation date and time: Date and time when the box was created.
    • Status: Current status of the box.
    • View details: Click [View] to access the Box details interface.
