The HUE app provides web-based user interfaces. It provides an individual HUE for each user.

View HUE app details
When the app creation is completed, you can view the details. When the Status is Stable under the app's details, it means the app is running normally.
The following describes how to check the app details.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Big Data & Analytics > Data Forest > App menus, in that order.
- Select the account that owns the app.
- Click the app whose details you want to view.
- View the app details.

- AppMaster: the URL where the container log can be viewed When creating apps, all apps are submitted to a YARN queue. YARN provides a web UI where each app's details can be viewed.
- HUE: the URL that allows access to the HUE web UI
- Component: The value specified by default is the recommended resource. It consists of a single component: HUE.

Caution
- HUE requires sticky sessions. If several HUE components (containers) are up, then it may lead to abnormal operations. Based on the current specifications, the number of HUE component containers fixed to 1.
- Files less than 100 MB can be uploaded to HDFS if the upload is done through he file browser in HUE.
- A feature to increase or decrease the number of containers is planned to be added later.
Access HUE web UI
The following describes how to access the HUE web UI.
- Enter the Data Forest account and password to log in.
- Click the Files menu, found in the left menus of the screen. You can see the file browser.
