Event

Available in VPC

In the Event menu, you can view and search the history of migration task and endpoint creation, management, and deletion.

Search for events and view event details

To search for events and view event details:

1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > All Services > Database > Database Migration Service.
2. Click Event.
3. Enter information in the search area to search for events.
   • Select a search period (default: Last 1 day).
   • Search by entering a task name, or filter by event name and event type.
4. View the information in the event list.
   • Basic information
     • Task name: The migration task name or the source database identifier registered to the endpoint
     • Event occurrence time: The time when the event occurred
     • Event type: The type of event (Migration Task, Endpoint)
     • Event name: Event name
       • When the Event type is Migration task:

         Event name	Description
         Migration Start	The migration task has started.
         Migration Stop	Stop a migration task
         Migration Restart	Restart Migration task
         Migration Complete	Complete a migration task
         Migration Delete	Delete a migration task
         Migration Error	An error occurred during the migration task.

       • When the event type is endpoint:

         Event name	Description
         Endpoint Create	The endpoint has been created.
         Endpoint Change	The endpoint has been changed.
         Endpoint Delete	The endpoint has been deleted.

     • Details: This describes the event.
     • Source DB: This is the name of the source database when the event type is Migration Task.
     • Target DB: This is the name of the target database when the event type is Migration Task.
     • Access IP:: This is the IP address of the user who triggered the event.
