There are a few terms you need to know to use Database Migration Service. The glossary and its description are as follows.
DataBase Management System (DBMS)
A set of software tools that helps multiple users to access the data within a database
My Structured Query Language (MySQL)
A NAVER Cloud Platform service that provides the most widely used open source relational free database management system (RDBMS) installed on servers
Binary log
A log to record changes in MySQL server. Used as data-for-data synchronization and recovery of slave servers.
