    In Groups, it describes how to create and manage groups. Add a project to a created group to check and manage logs by groups through Web App.

    The basics of using Groups menu for Effective Log Search & Analytics 2.0 service are as follows.

    • Group name: name of the group entered when creating the group
    • Group description: description of the group entered when creating the group
    • Creation time (UTC+09:00): date and time the group was created
    • Edited time (UTC+09:00): date and time when group's basic information was edited

    View group details

    The following describes how to check the created groups' information.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Management & Governance > Effective Log Search & Analytics 2.0 in order.
    3. Click the Groups menu.
    4. From the group list, click the group name to check the details.
      • Basic information
        • Group Name: group name entered when creating the group
        • Group ID: group ID automatically assigned when creating the group
        • Group description: group description entered when creating the group
        • Creation time: date and time the group was created
        • Edited time: date and time when group's basic information was edited
      • Projects
        • Project information added to the group is displayed in a list.
        • By searching project names, you can view only the projects you want to see.
        • For how to add project to the group, see Add project to the group.

    Create groups

    The following describes how to create a group.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Management & Governance > Effective Log Search & Analytics 2.0 in order.
    3. Click the Groups menu.
    4. Click the [Create group] button.
    5. When the group creation window appears, enter the basic information of the group.
      • Group name: name of the group to create
        • Starting with an English letter, enter 2 to 45 characters without spaces by combining English letters, numbers, and a special character (-).
      • Group description: enter the description of the group
        • 255 or fewer characters can be entered.
    6. Click the [Save] button.
      • The group is created and displayed in the list.

    Add project to the group

    The following describes how to add a project to a group.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Management & Governance > Effective Log Search & Analytics 2.0 in order.
    3. Click the Groups menu.
    4. Click the group name on the group list to add a project to.
    5. Click the [Add] button in the project field.
    6. Select the project to add to the group in the project selection popup window and click the [Save] button.
      • The project is added to the group and displayed in the list in the project field.

    Delete project added to the group

    The following describes how to delete a project added to a group.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Management & Governance > Effective Log Search & Analytics 2.0 in order.
    3. Click the Groups menu.
    4. Click the group name on the group list to delete the added project from.
    5. Click the [Delete] button in the project field.
    6. Check the details in the project deletion popup window, and click the [Delete] button.
    7. Click the [OK] button.
      • The project is deleted and disappeared from the list in the project field.

    Edit group

    The following describes how to edit a group.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Management & Governance > Effective Log Search & Analytics 2.0 in order.
    3. Click the Groups menu.
    4. Click the name of the group to edit on the group list.
    5. Click the [Edit] button.
    6. Edit the basic information.
      • For further information of each basic information item, see Create groups.
    7. Click the [Save] button.

    Delete groups

    The following describes how to delete a group.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Management & Governance > Effective Log Search & Analytics 2.0 in order.
    3. Click the Groups menu.
    4. Click the name of the group to delete on the group list.
    5. Click the [Delete] button.
    6. Check the details in the project deletion popup window, and click the [Delete] button.
    7. Click the [OK] button.
      • The group is deleted and disappeared from the group list.
