    It describes how to use the File Filter feature of File Safer on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

    File Filter screen

    On the NAVER Cloud Platform console, you can click the Services > Security > File Safer > File Filter menus in that order to check the File Filter screen.
    The File Filter screen is laid out as follows:

    View analysis history

    The following describes how to search the payroll history.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Services > Security > File Safer > File Filter menus in that order.
    3. Click the [View analysis history] button.
    4. When the history search pop-up window appears, specify the inquiry period and click the [Download] button.
    5. When download is completed, click the [OK] button.

    Analyze File

    You can request a malware scan by uploading one file from the NAVER Cloud Platform console. The following describes how to analyze files on the console.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Services > Security > File Safer > File Filter menus in that order.
    3. Click the [Analyze file] button.
    4. When the file analysis popup window appears, drag a file with the mouse or click here to select the file.
    5. When the preparation for upload is complete, click the [Start transfer] button.
      • If the compression file has a password, enter the password in the compression password input window.
      • The pop-up window will disappear when the file transfer is complete.
    6. Click the [View analysis history] button in the File Filter screen, download the scan result.
    Note

    Since it is an independent scan of one file, if you want to inspect a file on the member company's service page, you must call REST API and apply it to the service.

    Set result notifications

    The following describes how to set the File Filter scan result notification method.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Services > Security > File Safer > File Filter menus in that order.
    3. Click the [Set result notifications] button.
    4. When the analysis result notification setting pop-up window appears, select the notification conditions in the [General settings] tab.
    5. Click the [Advanced settings] tab to set the threshold.
      • You will be notified if the number of detections reaches a threshold during the specified time period.
    6. When you have completed the settings, click the [OK] button.
    Note

    To specify who should be notified of the File Filter scan results, you must go to the Services > Security > File Safer > Notification Setting menu. For details on how to set notification targets, see Notification Setting.
