You can use the File Filter features of File Safer from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

File Filter interface

From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Security > File Safer > File Filter to see File Filter interface.
The File Filter interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Basic features View File Safer details and refresh page.
③ File Filter features
  • [View analysis history]: Download the File Filter view history for the specified period as an Excel file.
  • [Analyze file]: Upload 1 file from the console and request scan.
  • [Set result notification]: Set notification conditions.
    		•
    ④ Today's File Filter scan statistics A dashboard showing the number and rate of malware detections from midnight to the current time.
    ⑤File Filter scan statistics The number of malware detections and scan requests during the specified period.

    View analysis history

    To view the analysis history:

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Security > File Safer > File Filter.
    2. Click [View analysis history].
    3. When the view history popup appears, specify the search period, and click [Download].
    4. When the download is complete, click [OK].

    Analyze file

    You can upload 1 file from the NAVER Cloud Platform console and request a malware scan. To analyze files from the console:

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Security > File Safer > File Filter.
    2. Click [Analyze file].
    3. When the Analyze file popup appears, drag a file to the Drag a file here or click to select area, or click to browse for a file.
    4. When the upload is ready, click [Start transfer].
      • If the file is a password-protected zip file, enter the password in the Zip password input field.
      • The popup disappears when the file transfer is complete.
    5. Click [View analysis history] in the File Filter interface and download the scan result.
    Note

    Since this is an independent scan for a single file, you need to call the REST API and integrate it into your service to scan files from your service page.

    Set result notifications

    To set the File Filter scan result notification method:

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Security > File Safer > File Filter.
    2. Click [Set result notification].
    3. When the analysis result notification setting popup appears, click the tab menu and set the necessary notification conditions.
      • [General settings] tab menu: Select the notification conditions for analysis results, then click [OK].
      • [Advanced settings] tab menu: Enter the notification threshold for the configured items within the specified time period, then click [OK].
    Note

    To set a recipient for the File Filter scan results notifications, navigate to Services > Security > File Safer > Notification Setting. For more information on how to set notification recipients, see Notification Setting.
