GAMEPOT uses credentials from the Apple App Store to validate purchase information that is processed on your server.
This section describes how to create an App Store shared secret and integrate it with the GAMEPOT dashboard.
Create shared secret
The following describes how to create a shared secret.
- Select an application on the App Store Connect application page.
- Go to the General > Application Information page, and then click the Manage button under the App-Specific Shared Secret section.
- Create a shared secret and copy it.
Register shared secret to GAMEPOT dashboard
The following describes how to register a shared secret key to the GAMEPOT dashboard.
- Click the GAMEPOT dashboard > Project settings > Store > Apple Store menus, in that order.
- Enter the bundle ID and shared secret, and then save it.
