    Getting started with Game Report

    If you have prepared the cloud environment for using the Game Report service and fully noted all the scenarios, then you are now ready to start using Game Report. The first thing to do is to request subscription for the Game Report service. You can request subscription to Game Report and manage your subscription in NAVER Cloud Platform's console.

    The following summarizes what you can learn from the starter guide.

    Request subscription to service

    The following describes how to request subscription to the Game Report service.

    1. Connect to the console in NAVER Cloud Platform.
    2. Click the Game > Game Report menus in that order.
    3. Click the [Request subscription] button.
    4. Read and consent to Service Terms and Conditions and collection and use of personal information for Game Report, agree to them, and then click the [I agree] button.
    5. Enter the service admin's email address, and then click the [Request subscription] button.
      • Game Report provides a separate page for data analysis management. The email address will be used as the Admin ID in the admin page.
    6. Check the notification in the Confirmation pop-up window, and then click the [Confirm] button.
      • An ID authentication email will be sent to the email address provided.

    Email authentication and login

    After completing the subscription request to the Game Report service, you have to authenticate your email and set your password through the authentication email sent to you before being able to use the service.
    The following describes how to authenticate email for the Game Report service subscription.

    1. Open the authentication email sent to the admin ID (admin email), and then click the [Authenticate email] button.
    2. Enter the admin account information including password, etc., and then click the [Start game analysis service] button.
    3. Enter the admin ID and password in the management page's (dashboard) login screen, and then click the [LOG IN] button.

    Reset password

    You can reset the admin account's password if you have forgotten or need to initialize it. You can reset the password as follows.

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Gaming > Game Report menus, in that order.
    2. Click the [Reset password] button.
    3. Enter the admin ID (admin email), then click the [Reset] button.
    4. Open the password reissuance email sent to the admin ID (admin email), and then click the [Reissue password] button.
    5. Enter the new password, and then click the [Reset password and login] button.
    6. Enter the admin ID and password in the management page's (dashboard) login screen, and then click the [LOG IN] button.

    Cancel service

    You can cancel the Game Report subscription from the NAVER Cloud Platform console. You can cancel the subscription anytime you want, but please take note of the billing standard when canceling the service.
    The following describes how to cancel the service subscription.

    Note

    Game Report is a managed cloud service. Please be careful since all data will be deleted once the subscription is canceled.

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Gaming > Game Report menus, in that order.
    2. Click the [Cancel subscription] button.
    3. Enter the admin ID (admin email), and then click the [Confirm] button.
    4. Check the notification in the Confirmation pop-up window, and then click the [Confirm] button.
