Types of personal information collected by GAMEPOT SDK

Google Play Store app content criteria are as follows:

  • Personal information: Email address, user ID
  • Device or other ID
  • Photos and videos: Photos, videos
Note

App communications are encrypted using the HTTPS protocol. If the app includes an account withdrawal feature, user information is deleted upon completion of the withdrawal process. Collected items are used solely for the app's functional elements and do not utilize account management features.

The personal information items collected by the Apple Store app are as follows:

  • Identifiers: User ID (account information), device ID (IDFA, auto-generated), purchased items
  • User content: Photos or videos, customer support
Note

For user content, this applies to customers who use GAMEPOT PRO or higher, when they use the GAMEPOT customer inquiry UI.

Downgrade from Pro to Essential

What should I consider when downgrading from GAMEPOT Pro to Essential?

Causes

After reviewing the features supported in both Pro and Essential, features exclusive to Pro must be implemented separately.

The menus supported in the Essential product are as follows:

  • Operation > Member (list/daily users/new users/concurrent users/suspension)
  • Operation > Payment (list/IAP/statistics)
  • Operation > Message (push message/text message)

Solution

When downgrading from Pro to Essential, separately implement statistics (user metrics/sales metrics), maintenance & updates, customer support (customer inquiries/terms of service/page features, etc.), and coupon functionality.
