You can view the source log indicators loaded through SDK in real time.

Connect to Lib Core

The following describes how to connect to the Lib Core page.

1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Gaming > Game Report menus, in that order.
2. Click Go to dashboard.
3. Log in to Service Center with the admin account.
4. Click All games at the upper right of the screen, select the game you want to go to its Lib Core page, and then click Service Center > Lib Core, in that order.

View Lib Core logs

The following describes how to view the Lib Core logs.

1. Go to the Lib Core page.
2. Click the menu you'd like to view.
3. Click the [Search] button after setting the search conditions.

   • Click the [Detailed settings] button to set the search conditions in more detail.

     • User access log: You can view the logs of users accessing the game and content. These are divided into two sections, the initial game login log and the content usage log.
     • Game installation log: You can view the game installation logs divided into two sections, the initial game execution log and the game account creation log.
     • Item acquisition/consumption log: You can view the logs of the game users acquiring/consuming items during game content accomplishments. These are divided into two sections, the acquisition log and consumption log.
     • Content accomplishment log: You can view the logs left by the users in the process of accomplishing game content by stage type.
     • Friends log: You can view the friendship status (Requested, Accepted, Rejected) logs in the game. Please note that the Friends log is not analyzed, and is only used for searching logs.
     • Purchase log: You can view the logs of game item purchases by selecting the payment method used for purchasing items, the purchase success status, etc.
     • Game money log: You can view the logs of the game money used in the game by selecting a quantitative change factor of goods.
     • Character/equipment change log: You can view the change logs of game resources (character/equipment) by selecting a resource or resource change type.
     • Game advertisement log: You can view the game advertisement log, categorized by advertisement type (Advertisement, Event, Notice, Content).
     • User snapshot: You can view the user's game data snapshot information. A user snapshot is an image file with the history of the user logging in and playing the game on the searched date.
     • Download log: The source log requested by the user by log type can be downloaded until the download expiration date.
     • Click the [Download log] button, or click to download the indicator data as an Excel (.xlsx) file.

   • You can right-click the indicator to use the quick launch menus such as Copy.

   • If only part of the log indicator details is displayed, then click and drag the scroll bar under the indicator horizontally to see the rest of the details. On the other hand, if you only need to see the basic details, then click .
