Sub Account offers a System Managed policy for setting management and administration permissions. Note Sub Account is a free service with no additional charges. For more information about Sub Account, see [**Service > Management & Governance > Sub Account**](https://www.ncloud.com/product/management/subAccount) in NAVER Cloud Platform’s portal or [Sub Account user guide](/docs/en/subaccount-overview). ## System-managed policies System-managed policies are pre-built, role-based policies that NAVER Cloud Platform provides for your convenience. By assigning a system-managed policy to a sub account created in Sub Account, you can provide the account with the permissions to use Global CDN. Here are the available system-managed policies for Global CDN. | Policy name | Policy description | | --- | --- | | NCP_ADMINISTRATOR | Permission to access all services within the same scope as the main account | | NCP_INFRA_MANAGER | Permission to access all services, except that access to the console menu **My Account** > **Billing Information and Cost Management** > **Billing and Payment Management** is restricted | | NCP_FINANCE_MANAGER | Permission to access only the Cost Explorer service and the console menu **My Account** > **Billing Information and Cost Management** > **Billing and Payment Management** | | NCP_GLOBAL_CDN_MANAGER | Full access to all Global CDN features |
