# Global Edge prerequisites

Available in Classic and VPC

This section describes the supported environments, service limits, and pricing information of Global Edge.

## Cloud specifications

Global Edge supports the following cloud environment specifications:

| --- | --- |
| Region (zone) | Common region |
| Platform | VPC, Classic |
| Language | Korean, English, and Japanese |

## Service limits

Global Edge has some limits depending on the service area.

- If you select Global instead of Korea or Japan when setting the service area, some features may not be supported.
- The deployment time may vary depending on the service area.
  - It takes 5–10 minutes when Korea or Japan is selected.
  - It takes up to 60 minutes when Global is selected.

## Pricing information

Global Edge is charged according to the usage and the country of use. On top of that, a separate fee is charged based on the number of requests per month. For more information about the Global Edge's pricing, see **Services > Content Delivery > Global Edge** on the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
