Q. How can I request Hybrid Cloud Hosting?

• Go to Support/FAQ > Contact Us on NAVER Cloud Platform’s portal page, click [Do you want a call from the Sales team?] and request the service by selecting Hybrid Cloud in Type of Inquiry.
  • When you click [Contact Us] on the service page of the portal or Hybrid Cloud Hosting > Application in the Console, you will be redirected to the Contact Us page under “Sales” category.
• Fill in the form and submit it to request the service, and we will contact you.

Q. What can I do with the Console?

• You can check Hybrid Cloud Hosting information and monitor your resources.
  • Hybrid Cloud Hosting allows you to configure your IT resources in our data center and view them in the Console, under prior consultation.
  • You can check the server name, OS, private IP, zone, monitoring type, etc.
  • You can use the basic monitoring and detailed monitoring features of Server.

Q. What monitoring features does Hybrid Cloud Hosting provide?

• Hybrid Cloud Hosting provides two types of monitoring: basic and detailed.
  • Basic monitoring allows you to monitor 8 metrics including CPU, Memory, Disk, Swap, and Network, every minute.
  • Detailed monitoring enables you to monitor 83 metrics and to set events and notifications, allowing you to run your server stably.

With Hybrid Cloud Hosting, you can take advantage of the cloud service while keeping your experience and know-how in the data center.
