IPsec VPN Gateway

Available in VPC

You can create and manage IPsec VPN Gateways in the NAVER Cloud Platform console for IPsec VPN connection.

View IPsec VPN Gateway list

You can check information for each IPsec VPN Gateway that has been created and is in operation. To view the list:

1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > All Services > Networking > IPsec VPN.
2. Click the IPsec VPN Gateway menu.
3. When the IPsec VPN Gateway list appears, view the summary or click an IPsec VPN Gateway to see the details.
   • IPsec VPN Gateway name: Name entered when creating the IPsec VPN Gateway
   • Virtual Private Gateway Group name: Name of the Virtual Private Gateway Group (VGWG) connected to the IPsec VPN Gateway
   • Status: Current status of the IPsec VPN Gateway
     • Creating: Status in which the IPsec VPN Gateway is being created with the information you entered
     • Operating: Status in which the IPsec VPN Gateway has been created with the information you entered and is available for use
     • Returning: Status in which the system is deleting the IPsec VPN Gateway you created with the information you entered
   • Public IP: Public IP address of the created IPsec VPN Gateway
   • Creation date and time: Date and time the IPsec VPN Gateway was created
   • Vendor: Vendor name used in the IPsec VPN Gateway

Create IPsec VPN Gateway

To create an IPsec VPN Gateway in the NAVER Cloud Platform console:

1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > All Services > Networking > IPsec VPN.
2. Click the IPsec VPN Gateway menu.
3. Click [Create IPsec VPN Gateway].
4. Enter the name of the IPsec VPN Gateway in the Create IPsec VPN Gateway popup.
5. Select the Virtual Private Gateway Group (VGWG) to connect to and click [OK].
6. Select the IPsec VPN vendor.
   • NCP-VPN refers to the VPN located in Ncloud.
7. Click [OK].
   • The IPsec VPN Gateway is added to the IPsec VPN gateway list, and its status changes from Creating > Operating.

Edit IPsec VPN Gateway

To edit a created IPsec VPN Gateway:

1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > All Services > Networking > IPsec VPN.
2. Click the IPsec VPN Gateway menu.
3. Click the IPsec VPN Gateway to edit, then click [Edit IPsec VPN Gateway].
4. When the Edit IPsec VPN Gateway popup appears, select the connection speed you want to change.
5. Click [OK].

Delete IPsec VPN Gateway

To delete a created IPsec VPN Gateway:

1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > All Services > Networking > IPsec VPN.
2. Click the IPsec VPN Gateway menu.
3. Click the IPsec VPN Gateway to delete, then click [Delete IPsec VPN Gateway].
4. When the Delete IPsec VPN Gateway popup appears, click [Delete].
5. Click [OK].
   • In the IPsec VPN Gateway list, the IPsec VPN Gateways is initially displayed as Returning and then disappears.
