This section describes how to create and manage an IPsec VPN Gateway in the NAVER Cloud Platform console to connect IPsec VPN.

View the IPsec VPN Gateway list

You can check the information for each IPsec VPN Gateway that has been created and is in operation. To check the information, follow these steps:

You can see the list if you have 1 or more IPsec VPN Gateways in operation. If you don't have any IPsec VPN Gateways created and in operation, the list is not displayed in the IPsec VPN Gateway page.

  1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click i_menu > Services > Networking > IPsec VPN in order.
  2. Click the IPsec VPN Gateway menu.
  3. When the list of IPsec VPN Gateway appears, view the summary or click the IPsec VPN Gateway to see details.
    • IPsec VPN Gateway name: the name entered when creating the IPsec VPN Gateway
    • Virtual Private Gateway Group name: the name of the Virtual Private Gateway Group (VGWG) connected to the IPsec VPN Gateway
    • Status: IPsec VPN Gateway's current status
      • Creating: IPsec VPN Gateway being created with the information you entered
      • Operating: IPsec VPN Gateway created with the information you entered and is available for use
      • Returning: IPsec VPN Gateway created with the information you entered being deleted
    • Public IP: the public IP address of the created IPsec VPN Gateway
    • Creation date: date and time the IPsec VPN Gateway was created
    • Vendor: the vendor name used in the IPsec VPN Gateway

Create IPsec VPN Gateway

To create an IPsec VPN Gateway in the NAVER Cloud Platform console, follow these steps:

  1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click i_menu > Services > Networking > IPsec VPN in order.
  2. Click the IPsec VPN Gateway menu.
  3. Click the [Create IPsec VPN Gateway] button.
  4. Enter the name of the IPsec VPN Gateway in the Create IPsec VPN Gateway popup window.
  5. Select the Virtual Private Gateway Group (VGWG) to connect to and click the [OK] button.
  6. Select the IPSec VPN vendor.
  • NCP-VPN refers to the VPN located in Ncloud.
  1. Click [OK].
    • The IPsec VPN Gateway is added to the IPsec VPN Gateway list and changes from Creating > Operating.

Delete IPsec VPN Gateway

To delete the created IPsec VPN Gateway, follow these steps:

Caution

Deleting an IPsec VPN Gateway will disconnect communication with the customer network.

  1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click i_menu > Services > Networking > IPsec VPN in order.
  2. Click the IPsec VPN Gateway menu.
  3. Click the IPsec VPN Gateway to delete and click the [Delete IPsec VPN Gateway] button.
  4. When the Delete IPsec VPN Gateway popup window appears, click the [Delete] button.
  5. Click [OK].
    • In the IPsec VPN Gateway list, the IPsec VPN Gateway is displayed as Returning and disappears.
