Troubleshoot common issues
The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:
Cluster status anomaly
Ncloud Kubernetes Service's clusters remain in Progress status for a long period of time.
Cilium-Operator pod in Pending status after creating cluster
After Ncloud Kubernetes Service's cluster is created, the Cilium-Operator pod is in Pending status.
Worker node in Not Ready status
Worker nodes of Ncloud Kubernetes Service are in Not Ready status.
Pod in Evict status created
A pod in Evict status is created or being created.
Cannot access Kubernetes Cluster through ncp-iam-authenticator
I cannot access Kubernetes Cluster through ncp-iam-authenticator.
Kubernetes dashboard access errors
I cannot access the Kubernetes dashboard with a sub account.
"Unauthorized" appears on the Kubernetes dashboard.
Cannot change PVC size
I cannot change the PVC size.
Cannot change StorageClass settings
I cannot change StorageClass settings.
Troubleshoot deployment issues
The following are examples of deployment errors you might encounter:
Occurrence of ImagePullBackOff status when creating pods
When I create a pod, an ImagePullBackOff status occurs.
Intermittently DNS viewing failed and task delay in a specific pod
Viewing DNS fails or takes a long time intermittently in a specific pod.
Troubleshoot networking issues
The following are examples of networking errors you might encounter:
Existence of Target Group that you did not create
Target groups exist that were not created.
NetworkPolicy errors
NetworkPolicy is not operating properly.
Cilium's Connectivity Test failed
Cilium fails Connectivity Test.
Pending status persisting after creating LoadBalancer-type service resource
I have created a service resource of LoadBalancer type, but it is maintaining the Pending status.
Errors in ApplicationLoadBalancer (ALB) integrated with Ingress
ApplicationLoadBalancer (ALB) integrated with Ingress is not created properly, or does not work.
Occurrence of packet drop in the cluster after changing kernel parameters
Packet drop occurs in the cluster after I have changed kernel parameters.
Changing Ingress certificates failed
I cannot change Ingress certificates.
Changing Ingress certificate fails.
Incorrect Client IP
Client IP is incorrect. I want to view the actual user's Client IP.
Changing the target group's settings when creating ALB
I want to change the target group's settings when creating ALB.

No occurrence of Scale Up/Down even after setting Cluster AutoScaler
I have set Cluster AutoScaler, but Scale Up/Down does not occur.
