Click any error for detailed troubleshooting steps. ## Troubleshoot common issues The following are examples of common errors you might encounter: [Cluster status anomaly](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-common#%ED%81%B4%EB%9F%AC%EC%8A%A4%ED%84%B0%EC%83%81%ED%83%9C%EC%9D%B4%EC%83%81) Ncloud Kubernetes Service's clusters remain in Progress status for a long period of time. [Cilium-Operator pod in Pending status after creating cluster](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-common#%ED%81%B4%EB%9F%AC%EC%8A%A4%ED%84%B0%EC%83%9D%EC%84%B1%EC%9D%B4%ED%9B%84CiliumOperator%ED%8C%8C%EB%93%9C%EA%B0%80Pending%EC%83%81%ED%83%9C) After Ncloud Kubernetes Service's cluster is created, the Cilium-Operator pod is in Pending status. [Worker node in Not Ready status](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-common#%EC%9B%8C%EC%BB%A4%EB%85%B8%EB%93%9C%EA%B0%80NotReady%EC%83%81%ED%83%9C) Worker nodes of Ncloud Kubernetes Service are in Not Ready status. [Pod in Evict status created](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-common#Evict%EC%83%81%ED%83%9C%EC%9D%98%ED%8C%8C%EB%93%9C%EC%83%9D%EC%84%B1) A pod in Evict status is created or being created. [Cannot access Kubernetes Cluster through ncp-iam-authenticator](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-common#ncpiamauthenticator%EB%A5%BC%ED%86%B5%ED%95%B4KubernetesCluster%EC%97%90%EC%A0%91%EA%B7%BC%EB%B6%88%EA%B0%80) I cannot access Kubernetes Cluster through ncp-iam-authenticator. [Kubernetes dashboard access errors](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-common#Kubernetes%EB%8C%80%EC%8B%9C%EB%B3%B4%EC%A0%91%EA%B7%BC%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) I cannot access the Kubernetes dashboard with a sub account. "Unauthorized" appears on the Kubernetes dashboard. [Cannot change StorageClass settings](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-lb#StorageClass%EC%84%A4%EC%A0%95%EB%B3%80%EA%B2%BD%EB%B6%88%EA%B0%80) I cannot change StorageClass settings. ## Troubleshoot deployment issues The following are examples of deployment errors you might encounter: [Occurrence of ImagePullBackOff status when creating pods](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-deploying#%ED%8C%8C%EB%93%9C%EC%83%9D%EC%84%B1%EC%8B%9CImagePullBackOff%EC%83%81%ED%83%9C%EB%B0%9C%EC%83%9D) When I create a pod, an ImagePullBackOff status occurs. [Intermittently DNS viewing failed and task delay in a specific pod](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-deploying#%ED%8A%B9%EC%A0%95%ED%8C%8C%EB%93%9C%EC%97%90%EC%84%9C%EA%B0%84%ED%97%90%EC%A0%81%EC%9C%BC%EB%A1%9CDNS%EC%A1%B0%ED%9A%8C%EC%8B%A4%ED%8C%A8%EB%B0%8F%EC%9E%91%EC%97%85%EC%A7%80%EC%97%B0) Viewing DNS fails or takes a long time intermittently in a specific pod. ## Troubleshoot networking issues The following are examples of networking errors you might encounter: [Existence of Target Group that you did not create](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-lb#%EC%83%9D%EC%84%B1%ED%95%98%EC%A7%80%EC%95%8A%EC%9D%80TargetGroup%EC%A1%B4%EC%9E%AC) Target groups exist that were not created. [NetworkPolicy errors](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-lb#NetworkPolicy%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) NetworkPolicy is not operating properly. [Cilium's Connectivity Test failed](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-lb#Cilium%EC%9D%98ConnectivityTest%EC%8B%A4%ED%8C%A8) Cilium fails Connectivity Test. [Pending status persisting after creating LoadBalancer-type service resource](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-lb#LoadBalancer%ED%83%80%EC%9E%85%EC%9D%98%EC%84%9C%EB%B9%84%EC%8A%A4%EB%A6%AC%EC%86%8C%EC%8A%A4%EC%83%9D%EC%84%B1%EC%9D%B4%ED%9B%84Pending%EC%83%81%ED%83%9C%EC%A7%80%EC%86%8D) I have created a service resource of LoadBalancer type, but it is maintaining the Pending status. [Errors in ApplicationLoadBalancer (ALB) integrated with Ingress](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-lb#Ingress%EC%99%80%EC%97%B0%EA%B2%B0%EB%90%9CALBApplicationLoadBalancer%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) ApplicationLoadBalancer (ALB) integrated with Ingress is not created properly, or does not work. [Occurrence of packet drop in the cluster after changing kernel parameters](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-lb#%EC%BB%A4%EB%84%90%ED%8C%8C%EB%9D%BC%EB%AF%B8%ED%84%B0%EB%B3%80%EA%B2%BD%EC%9D%B4%ED%9B%84%ED%81%B4%EB%9F%AC%EC%8A%A4%ED%84%B0%EC%97%90%EC%84%9C%ED%8C%A8%ED%82%B7%EB%93%9C%EB%9E%8D%EB%B0%9C%EC%83%9D) Packet drop occurs in the cluster after I have changed kernel parameters. I want to view the actual user's Client IP. [Changing the target group's settings when creating ALB](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-lb#ALB%EC%83%9D%EC%84%B1%EC%8B%9C%ED%83%80%EA%B7%B8%EB%A3%B9%EC%9D%98%EC%84%A4%EC%A0%95%EB%B3%80%EA%B2%BD) I want to change the target group's settings when creating ALB. ## Troubleshoot scalability and performance issues The following are examples of scalability and performance errors you might encounter: [No occurrence of Scale Up/Down even after setting Cluster AutoScaler](/docs/en/k8s-troubleshoot-performance) I have set Cluster AutoScaler, but Scale Up/Down does not occur.
