Common issues
You may experience the following common issues.
Load Balancer status shows "Stopped"
After creating a Load Balancer, the status continues to display "Stopped."
Changing zone after creating a Private Load Balancer
Unable to change the zone after creating a Private Load Balancer.
Connection issues
You may experience the following connection issues.
- The Subnet to connect to doesn't appear in the Subnet list when creating a Load Balancer.
- Unable to connect to the Subnet when creating a Load Balancer.
Load Balancer communication error
Unable to communicate with the Load Balancer.
503 error when accessing Load Balancer
- A 503 error occurs when accessing the Load Balancer.
- A 503 error occurs when requesting the Application Load Balancer.
