In Debug, you can check analytics on buffering and errors occurred in the player.
To check indicators related to debug:
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement.
- Click the Media Analytics menu.
- Click [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] at the top of the interface.
- Log in with the admin account ID and password.
- Click the Debug menu, then select and click the sub-menu to check.
- Error rate: The percentage of errors occurring from the number of clicks of all viewers.
- Start failure: The number of playback failures on the player.
- Rebuffering rate: The total play time when rebuffering occurs due to insufficient video data.
- Buffering time: The average run time taken for playback to temporarily pause and resume.
Error rate
You can check the percentage of errors among the total number of playbacks caused by viewers clicking the playback button.
The following are detailed collection criteria for indicators:

- Graph expansion: Drag over a certain component of the graph to zoom in. To return the graph to its initial state, click [Initialize].
