    The Media Analytics screen explains the layout of the Media Analytics menu and how to manage Admin account. It also describes how to access the Media Analytics management page and check the provided information.

    The Media Analytics service is available after a separate subscription. For subscription conditions and methods for use, see the Subscribe to Media Analytics.

    The Media Analytics page is laid out as follows:

    Account change

    The following describes how to change the ID of Admin account:

    Note

    You should reset the password when you change Admin account ID.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement.
    3. Click the Media Analytics menu.
    4. Click [Account management] > account change.
    5. Click [Change] button after you enter current and future Admin account.
    6. Click [Confirm] button after you check the contents of the Admin account change prompt.
      • An email to reset the password is sent to a newly registered account. Continue to use the service after you check the email and reset the password.

    Password reset

    The following describes how to reset the password of Admin account:

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement.
    3. Click the Media Analytics menu.
    4. Click [account management] > reset the password.
    5. Enter Admin account ID and click [Reset] button.
      • An email to reset the password is sent to Admin account. Continue to use the service after you check the email and reset the password.

    Access Media Analytics management page

    The following describes how to access Media Analytics management page:

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement.
    3. Click the Media Analytics menu.
    4. Click the [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] button at the top of the screen.
    5. Click [Login] button after you enter Admin account ID and password.
      • Company ID is automatically entered.
      • The dashboard is displayed on successful login. For more information, see dashboard.
