Video file requirements
The file requirements for video analysis are as follows:

Supported video codecs
This service supports the following major video codecs to ensure stable analysis and processing across various content formats.
Note that container formats (such as .mp4, .mov, and .mkv) can affect service compatibility. Check the recommended format before uploading videos.

Image file requirements
The file requirements for image analysis are as follows:

If the file is in HEIC format, it must be converted to JPG, which may increase the overall analysis time.

Fees for the Object Storage service required to use Media Intelligence are charged separately.
