A video asset is a low-resolution version of the original video file, prepared for video analysis. Add video assets to the project to analyze videos and view analysis results.

View video asset

To view video asset details:

  1. Access the Media Intelligence workspace.
  2. Check the video asset details in the project.

  3. Click the video asset title to view the index information in the Analysis index list.

Add video asset

To add a video asset:

  1. Access the Media Intelligence workspace.
  2. Click the project name.
  3. Click [Add video file].
    • If no video assets have been added to the project, click [Select video file from integrated bucket].
  4. Select the target video file in the add video analysis file window.
    • The list of files in the Object Storage bucket integrated from the My Products menu appears.
    • If the target video file is not in the list, click [Check integrated bucket in console] and upload the file from the Object Storage menu.
    • The conditions for uploading video analysis files are as follows: Only files that meet these conditions are displayed in the file list.

      File format *.mp4, *.mkv, *.mov, *.webm
      File size Up to 10 GB
  5. Verify that the video file to be analyzed has been added to the Selected files area.
    • Up to 10 files can be added at once.
    • If you re-add a file with an existing name, it is added with a duplicate name. Videos with duplicate names are distinguished by their video ID.
  6. Click [OK].
Caution

The maximum upload size via the Object Storage console is 1 GB. Use the Object Storage API or S3 Browser to upload larger files (up to 10 TB).

Note
  • Analyzable video resolution is limited to 360p-1080p, and the maximum duration is 6 hours. Analysis does not begin if the video does not meet these conditions.
  • The converted low-resolution files are used solely for video analysis and are not utilized for engine training or enhancement.
  • Supported file formats will gradually be expanded.

Move video asset

To move a video asset to another project:

  1. Access the Media Intelligence workspace.
  2. Click the check box for the video asset to move.
    • The [Move] button appears at the top of the page.
  3. Click [Move] and select the destination project name.
  4. Click the [Move] button that activates when the project name is selected.

Delete video asset

To delete a video asset:

  1. Access the Media Intelligence workspace.
  2. Click the check box for the video asset to delete.
  3. Click [Delete].
    • The [Delete] button appears at the top of the page.
  4. When the video asset deletion window appears, click [Delete].
Caution

Deleting a video asset also deletes all indexes linked to it.
